For the record GTM should be kept on GTM not IRL.
Not necessarily- the idea of meeting some of the other GTMers has been of interest to me.

And about our navy, the only ship we have left is the HMS Collander.
On the contrary- there's 79 at least here-

And I think we're still tops in terms of cool names to give to ships   :approve:

So this is a robot built by the english military ? It doesn't look really dangerous for one.
The Royal Navy, to be precise. I agree that it could've been better, but it had quite decent power for what it was, as did Anvil- that could comfortably push the combined weight of a man standing on an anvil, hence its name.

Sure because pushing is dangerous. Especially when you don't have a decent wedge. and when your design makes flanking really easy.

Also, THE ROYAL NAVY ? The only european navy that was feared for one century, and possibly more 'cause it was the more powerful of all ? Truly it has downgraded.
Well, I think it was more or less done in a short time, really. I'd estimate about a week or three tops, so I'd say it wasn't bad for what they had. Still not as good as it could have been, I'll give you that, but not bad for a first robot built in such a short time.

And yes- particularly considering that those fools in our government have gotten rid of our two main Aircraft Carriers- one's up for sale, the other is currently being broken up in Turkey.
Makes you wonder why they did it, really- particularly when you consider that the next main class (The Queen Elizabeth Class) is due much later.

The golden age of the royal navy was quite a bit before aircraft carriers iirc.
Even still, ours were a bit safer than the Clemeanceau was  :trollface

If you think about it Jonzu, we have all the plotlines here.

Romance, success, failure, anger, death, quirkiness, double-accounts, betrayal, happiness, unwanted pregnancy, bigotry.... the lot...
"I want to be the very best,
like no one ever was.
To build them is my real test,
to fight them is my cause!

I'll travel, across the land,
searching far and wide
for new designs, and n00bs to ban,
and claim ACAMS' hide!

Gametechmods!
I'll KO 'em all...
with Razor tips!
Whilst smashing Ripblade to bits!
Gametechmods!
Ooooh, you're not alone!
With designs that have been Kloned!

Gametechmods!
I'll KO them all!
Damage values so true,
BFE will pull us through!
KO me and I'll destroy you,
GAME-TECH-MODS,
I'll KO them all,
I'll KO them all,
Gametechmods!"

Yes, I was actually sad enough to come up with a restructured theme for it. Or was that the GTM Saturday Morning Cartoon?

Isn't Peanut Butter meant to be pretty good for that? Or am I making that up?
I think so- I mean, considering Peanuts are high in carbs, they're quite effective in keeping sugar levels up, particularly when used in conjunction with toast. I always preferred Nutella, though   :approve:

Not all too bad when you have an excuse to eat sweets. ;)
Indeed- Jelly Babies are remarkably effective for that purpose. But that's a common myth with Diabetes- that you can't eat sweet things anymore. It's not true- you can, but you've just got to be more careful in how you do.

And I had a case of Hypoglycemia   :/
what the hell is that. Sounds like some vaginal infection.
Low Blood Sugar. Type 1 Diabetic, you see.
That's unfortunate.
Aye- only diagnosed back in May, spent some time in the Hospital as a result of it- as such, still getting used to it.
Still, in its early stages (where I was), Hypoglycemia is quite easy to treat- just needed to eat something to get it back up.
