The only good steel armor is 5mm. All aluminum armor sucks, and all plastic and titanium armor rocks (though 3mm tite is just above average).
You could add angled skirts from the sides for side armor.

What's the armor? Spend the free weight on that and some side armor as well.

If you got regular NPCs in there, Technos would be best. If those are NPC fasts, your best bet is Hypnos, though you can use Technos (probably a bit too fast for your taste, though).

Easily your best bot so far.
You'll only need 8 ants in there, though. You could get better wheels with the free weight. :D

I kinda liked the old Banisher (probably because the wide stance looks awesome).
Here's a thought: Instead of putting the weapon DDTs on the baseplate, why not just attach them to the actuators with the wedge DDTs? Won't interfere with the rule of 7, and you'll have weight for more weapons. :D

Showcase the bot and we'll see what causes it.

NOW YOU UNDERSTAND MY PAIN
:P [Edit] Also, does it have a tite sheet under? I spot a skirt hinge at the back.

You wouldn't need 40 cms for the drive. 20 cms would suffice. Or better yet, you could just use birds since you have the weight. And attach the razors in a way such that they're stacked on top of each other, not side-by-side. This maximizes your damage potential.

A strong VS can still dismantle it, but that's still one awesome design!
Someone make a MW version :D

The new Fury used less extenders and an extremely airtight chassis (the old Fury's chassis wasn't airtight enough :P): I cloned it 5 months ago and it took me a lot of attempts to get the chassis right.

I'm in!
I'm not quite sure which bot of mine should be rebuilt, though. Grey Matter was techincally showcased first in the CC1 splash, but Flight Instructor was the first bot in my showcase.

That's because it looks more like a rhombicuboctahedron or if you're nit-picky enough, a snub cube.
Wow. Those math lessons actually had a significance lol

It doesn't need a specific moderator, really. That section's quite peaceful and it's probably the cleanest subforum here. If there's a mess, an admin or global mod can take care of it.

He didn't need to post 'harsh' stuff, but he wanted to. This isn't a dictatorship, after all.

Do you need some bots to be rebuilt? I got SaberTeeth 2, Ripblade III and probably Torture Device 2.0 as probable replacements, though I'm not sure if they deviated too much for your taste. :D
