My real nickname - Inky - came about when I burst a pen over a table at school and then tried to wipe it off with my sleeve. I made a huge blue smear across the table and dyed my sleeve blue too.
Ducky sent me a text saying something like "hahaha you silly inky person xxx" so I thought to myself I could use Inky as a nickname. It's now her pet name for me too.

On the chassis itself. HPZ > Extender > HPZ > Extender > HPZ > Disc > Iron. I tried making a triple chain once, couldn't figure out space management though. Well done.
