I have a buddy that was trying to send his girlfriend a dirty text on his cell phone. A few moments after he sent the message, she replied "You're an asshole!"
He couldn't figure out why she took it so badly until later on he was going through his sent messages and found the message that was to her. The message said "I want to kick your puppy."
He was using T9.

First off, I am sorry to hear that Jonzu. I can understand why you would vent here. It seems that this is where you are most comfortable. The first post does not give me the feeling of a "whining thread", and for that I commend you.
Next, Serge. You are right in some aspects. The people you look at as being "kids" are also that in my eyes, at my age of 20. I understand you don't like the direction GTM is going, but if we want RA2 and GTM to live on, we have to accept the younger generations and their ways.
And IRW... Don't take this the wrong way, but you are very argumenative. That doesn't always turn out to be a good thing. I mean... Look at it this way. If you were to walk up to an elder the same age as Serge and start on him about something that the two of you don't agree upon, what do you think would happen? Just think about it...

I have been playing with mIRC a lot, lately. It has me wondering if anyone else uses it or any other IRC software.
IRC = Internet Relay Chat = Basically a chat room with different servers and channels.
If we could get an IRC channel going for GTM, I would use it for sure. Anyone else want to give it a shot?

My car is largely the same make and model of Andrew's: a 1996 Buick Century. Also, same as Andrew, it just won't die. It should have been totaled twice already, but repairs have kept it alive.
Those Centurys are tough cars! Mine has been through more than most trucks.

GTM has been a pain in the ass for me to load since the new forum host took effect about this time last year. It's partially due to the dial-up connection I have at my home, but when we were on the other forum host it worked very well. That's a lot of the reason I hadn't been on much since last year.
