IMO it would be better if you just use metal hinges instead of a burst since the design's still invertible.

You could just use 1mm tite since bots rarely take out your discs anyway with that much HP. That way you could get a stronger extender for the arm. :D

Try fiddling around with your setup so you can get NPCs in there. You can use angled sheets so they can act both as a feeder wedge and side stabilizers. :D

I'm quite surprised at the wedginess despite the use of skirt hinges, but it's all good.
And you don't need MEs for the drive. Attaching the NPCs directly to the baseplate gives you a lower ground clearance. And 5mm plastic armor is quite awesome, though you might want to shrink it a bit to get stronger external armor (poly sheets can't protect you throughout the whole match).

I just realized PC5's chassis is almost like that, except it's turned around 180 degrees. XD
