Alright, so this started happening this morning. Basically, my mouse pointer will go rouge and dart from the top to the bottom of my screen. I am at college right now, so I'm using the touchpad only. The touchpad on this laptop has always been a little bit jumpy, so this could just be a result of that. The mouse pointer has spazzed out twice now. Laptop model is an HP G60 running W7 64 bit.
What I've done: Cleaned off the touchpad surface. I figured that there could be something on it that I couldn't see causing it to mess up.
What I'm doing: Running Malware Byte's Anti-Malware
What I plan to do: Run a regular virus scan.
Update/Reinstall touchpad drivers
What I'm most concerned about: If this is a malware issue. I like to keep my computer pretty clean.
I have no knowledge of whether or not this is only occuring with the touchpad and not with a mouse. My knowledge on the situation is limited as it has only happened twice so far. One thing I did notice, however, was that when I turned the touchpad off using the button above it, the mouse pointer would stop.

What did you use to clean it? Does it happen after you do anything on the computer or just move the mouse? Might be your TouchPad software on your computer. Or as you said, a virus sorta thing.

2. The challenger decides the type of contest and decides whether it be a community vote (like BOTM) or a best 2 outta 3 AI battle in the Combat Arena with no hazards. Anyone can host a battle (I can usually do it) but I won't record a video. Just take pictures of the results.

I do believe he would have to get a taller chassis to put a halfsheet on the bottom.
That's not a bad idea, but will be difficult to implement without losing anything else.
^^ And It would still be weak if flipped and i'm not sure if i can shave 15Kg easily and put a sheet on :P
