That's pushing it too hard. I tend to use 3 ants on these designs, but at least get another ant in there even if it's still underpowered. I still have to find a better weapon setup with less weight, but batt power is your priority right now. :D

2 DDTs (for self-righteousness!) and 3 blacks are fine. But yeah, the plow might not be necessary since it already has the side popups can do the job. You might want to add some side caster armor to make it fare better against HSes. :D

Plastic 1 is fine, but CF extenders as stabilizers are a no-no because in this case, it acts as your armor as well.

Yeah, it does look decent. But looks are just well... for looks. Effectiveness is another thing. Which is why you don't see VSes IRL risking stability just for another tooth. :D

Using large Ant wheels would ruin my invertability as you said. Also, the rubber wheels are more durable and help protect my chassis should I be flanked.

To be honest, I'm slightly annoyed by that attitude. Go ahead and build your own AW VS. Try to get more weapons on it if you can.

Yeah, the design has been done before, but that doesn't necessarily make it a clone (especially if you haven't seen the original bot yet). XD  Not sure why you can only get alu supports, though. I got tite sheets at the cost of downgrading to plastic 3. :D

Alu sheets AGOD asymmetrically, so DSL discs will probably do.  Tried improving the drive on Explosive Stinger, at the cost of some DP (and probably armor. This one has 3mm plastic. Dunno the armor on the original). VERY deadly, as well as VERY havok-y. Is it possible to increase the Storm's reliability without reducing its power?

NPCFs are too much of a gamble on this design. But yeah, you're right on the batts and armor.
As for the irons, those are the last resort against flail shell. Weapon Array's so annoying it took out half of my weapon system in 10 seconds. >:E
