With that weight (about 7 kg) you can improve the wheels and maybe upgrade the top stabilizer.
It might be fine as it is but i would swap out those wheels because they have bad hitpoints IIRC.
Plus you have the weight

Externally mounting most things save weight but it means it is more exposed/fragile to attacks. Just use as little extenders as you can and then maybe add on some more for extra protection. Atleast thats how i do it Also i think this is in the wrong section :P

Vs' and perhaps Axe's/hammers will pwn this no matter what you do really...
Also looks like it might be outweaponed easily to me but i guess you'll have to test it to find out :P
I guess it's a pretty good design for what it is.
