Ahem. Any improvements I need to make? Or is it perfect as it is?
Isn't there a Loose Angler or something in Wham's pack? You could use those instead of the angler extenders.

thats the exact line you need LOL
change the .bmp to .tga and when you edit the map file you can use transparency and save it as a tga
only if you like.. and it wont work on all objects as the solid colour will show through
What program do I need for editing TGA's/is there a tutorial?

I open GMF's, but I only change the BMP line; I don't know how to do any modding outside of that tutorial Sage made

:O that is awesome
I have 1 idea to make it even cooler
edit a Tite sheet GMF to use a TGA and make the elmo head with a transparent TGA background
but its still awesome attention to detail
? I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks though, I'm glad you liked it

Before I show you my new replica, I want to assure you that that I made it with absolutely no BFE whatsoever; just some creative use of Stock and DSL components. That said, please enjoy, Elmower:

Here's Backstabber. I'll reskin the arm and bird sculpture eventually, but tell me if you think this looks ok:

I didn't make it, I found it in my Components folder the other day.
Do you know which pack it's from? If not, is it unCLF'd so that you can send the txt file and folder?

I have a Killerhurtz weapon Component that we could use, unless Sonny wants to use his.
Can I have a look at it? It probablyh will be a better fit than the jumble of Multiextenders I used.

Blade looks pretty good, if we're allowed to use cheat components, you might as well use the Chicken motor from the Beetlebros.
Also SM, no need to worry about Inquisitor, I've got it covered already.
EDIT: GK, what's that thing sticking out of Spectre? It looks like SM used it for Bumblebot's hammer too?

My bot hates wedges, if that's any consolation. Brave choice using the FIrestorm flipper

I spent hours on a walker robot and it does nothing combat wise except loose You know, I remember spending hours running battle test for the first tournament I entered (my MW VS), and that thing end up losing in round 1.
So, being too frustrated over tournament performance isn't such a good idea. Thing is, many will enter, one will win.
QFT. I can't even be bothered to test my bot on NAR AI, so that I can pretend like I have a better chance.

Ok, as long as someone else can take care of it; I ususally end up breaking it when I try to do stuff like that.

Sonny, don't you have 101, Uses Lu-Tze Crusader 2 (that could be reskinned as Crusader 1), Dreadnaut XP-1 (that looks almost the same) , Darke Destroyer, Cassius 1 (Which could be reskinned as Gravedigger), Napalm, Oblivion, Shark Attack, Sonic, Stag-O-Saw-Us, Triterobot, The Iron Mask and Victor already?
101- Uses Lu-Tze's tracks, I don't see how we'd get around that Darke Destroyer- Uses a a Darkrat component for the blade Iron Mask- The axe is on a servo motor. Victor- I have Victor 1, Victor 2 looks a lot different Shark Attack- Only looks good from one angle THe rest that you mentioned, I can definitely include, but I should warn you that they were made way back before I had DSL, so they lack in quality. Also, when I first bought my laptop and transferred the robots over, I found that their proportions had become skewed, I don't know why but it meant that a whole bunch of them were now unusable (Steg O Saw Us was one such.) It means I'll pretty much have to rebuild those ones.

*ignoring what craig said about secret BL component* There was a shell in a darkrat pack (with Burgerking advert on it as I can remember) what about reskin and bfe?
I tried using it once, but it doesn't let you put anything under the dome, so if you attach it to the baseplate, you can't have CB's, batts, motors, or anything inside the baseplate. All you can do is attach one thing to the extension point on the inside. Also it's a nightmare to skin; anything you draw gets stretched every-which-way. Anyways, Yes I'm on board, but you should know that most of my replicas mix DSL and Stock, hopefully that isn't too big a problem. Here's what I can contribute: Napalm Panic Attack Vercingetorix Vector Velocirippa Sump Thing King Buxton Beast of Bodmin Mace 2 (Mace 1 actually, but it's more or less the same thing) Mortis Killerhurtz Terror Australis Aggrobot Inquisitor Orac's Revnge Steel Avenger Diotoir Ally Gator Onslaught? (In need of a serious rebuild though) Invertabrat Beast of Bodmin Excalibur Axios Hard Cheese

Other than tournaments and specialized contests, there is no reason to use just stock on your replicas.
