No Also, crashing seems to have actually stopped for me ever since following R01's advice. Right clicking the .exe, going to properties, and selecting "Windows 2000" for the 'running this program' option

Downloaded and extracted it, even played it... crashed. Its really hard to play this game normally when the game crashes way too frequently. I'm surprised there's not a single mention for a patch regarding this annoying issue. And yes, my PC can run fine, but the game is total fickle when it comes to try and play normally.
Robot Arena 2 just crashes a lot, it's a 13 year old shovelware game. There's nothing the mod can do to fix it. Running the game in fullscreen stops crashing for the most part though for whatever reason, hopefully that should fix the issues.

Neat bot. Think the name could do with a little work though. Also doesn't the skirt cause balance issues/not work well since the more away it is from the hinge the weaker it gets?
The balance is set at the point where you put the wheels on so if you put the wheels on before the wedge you'd be fine. Also longer and wider wedges seem to work better. It's a weird wedge set up but it's probably pretty decent.

It's fine to bump your own threads. The bot's not bad at all, I think it would look better if you used the angle connectors that come with DSL rather than the stock ones, might want to angle them further inwards as well so it looks like it's attached to the chassis.
