If I give you my spare shotgun, can you lie in wait for them whilst I continue with my daily routine undisturbed? Dang, times have changed. Have you considered shorter skirts around the side which could free up weight for more weapon reach?
Possibly. That or downgrading some of the armour panels as the 120x120 steel plate on the bottom is a big weight sink.
O_O you've got a lot of weight down there. I know it's IRL but I'd still want more weapon weight than that - could be the avenue you take.

Yep. You can intersect components and use all of their APs for placements.

I can't help but agree with Kill here. Your skirts will eat damage at first, but you lose one and then your chassis is so vulnerable.
