Lucky.  Storm Pistons still do nothing but glitch out on me every time I use them.  Regardless, love the look of the bot.  Thumbs up

Doesn't do too bad.  sometimes the trapping sheet on the back gets in the way, but more often than not, it serves it's purpose beautifully. fun fact: this was the original concept of Gluttony.

Elevated drum.
Tite 5 armor. Invertible. Lotsa empty space, but I've never really liked the ultra-tiny chassis.

Is there a type of FBS binding that accommodates a srimech?  I'm currently having to swap between either-or.  I'd kill for a sample AI line to go with it.

Aso, how do I get rid of the shine on the Hypno's Disc component?  The disc has such a powerful shine that it all but blots out my texture.

Much obliged.  Finished product will be posted when it's done.

Try FBSPlus and wire your srimech with SRM.

    list.append(("Enter Bot Name","FBSPlus",{'nose':math.pi*2,'invertible':False,'range':50,'radius':1,'topspeed':100,'throttle':100,'turn':100,'turnspeed':2.5,'direction':1,'spinspeed':6,'accuracy':0.01,'weapons':(0,)}))

Can't help with the other part though

Thanks, realized a minute ago I could probably open the py itself and there'd probably be a description.   Wasn't thinking at the time.

This is awesome.  Would've saved me a boatload of time when I was learning the basics.

quick question, since I've never seen it.  can I get a description of BiDirRam?

Fair enough.  Think i'm just so used to hearing the sounds that hits just don't seem like hits without them.   Also, you're right, with you speeding up the vids, it would sound like crap.

suggestion withdrawn

Can I make a suggestion? I might be alone on this, but the lack of sound in the match brings my enjoyment down a bit.  Can you either get music going through it all or have the battle sounds (that's the one I'd choose).

Other than that, thumbs up

How bout one of these times we have a DSL vs Stock BOTM?  Problem is, the stockers would vote for the stock and the dslers would vote for the dsl.  Ooh! make it a mixed multibot BOTM.  One part of the multibot is DSL the other stock.  Then nobody could gripe tooo much

So, either Enigma or Somebody.  I'm currently more worried about Somebody, since I have no opinion on Enigma's bots, never having seen them :P

Badnik: Personally, I would've gone with Minimus-style drum instead.  Pride should have fun with Saturos
Conraaa: great theme, and looks solid
Craaig: Pride against Revelations and Lust vs black holes and I might be okay.
Gauche:not bad at all
Jack: wasn't expecting killdozer plows at all. Liking microwave safe, not so much shatterproof
Logan: That one of them there TRFBDEKEH thingies? pretty cool.  Andross looks a bit vicious
Madman: chrome beetle looks tough, and I like impact is imminent quite a bit.  Been wanting to build something like that for a bit now, and just haven't done it.
Marty:  decent lookin little flipper, but I hate the drive setup on Top not quite as much as...
AwesumSauce: I_I. nothing personal, i just don't like it aesthetically.  +_+  these things, i just think they're cute
Naryar: They're standard Nary Scary
NFX: I love the 'choose your own adventure' entrants. Good or bad, it's a great idea.
Poenyx: Won't do well but it has an oldschool feeling that I like. (no change in opinion from my copy/paste job)
Plazmic: a bit of armoring would've gone a long way.
Pwnator: Carrots!!!
R1885: Not much here.  I'll just keep quiet
Somebody:Fairly solid. Props for the ski use.  my favorite underused part
S_M: Slice Machine intimidates me. spike mode is...again, cute
ty4er: Diggin on Silver Shark. Ship wreck's pretty cool too
Urjak:Tough as nails. the team to beat, i think
Yoda: There's one more thing about Pride that fits the theme that you guys haven't seen yet.  I just hope it's accurate.  And again, Karen Gillan:D

I must commend one contestant in particular...

Yeah, it was a toss up between her and....well, nobody else.

For a majority of the entries, i'm hoping Pride goes after the MWs and let's Lust play around with/distract the  LWs.  That's more of her job anyway.  I probably should've entered a different one, but hey, Amy Pond :D

And i'm assuming NFX's Lightweight is a "he chooses which one for each match" type of thing?

Eh, good enough.  with a 15 to 9 lead, LW, MW, and HW with the entrant choosing the order is now the official word.  I'm relieved.  no longer a possibility for there to be seven bots on a team.

57
I'll let the poll run for a few more days, then we'll know for sure which version we're going with.

58
I'd love to get in on this one.. am I right in thinking that the rumbles end up with loads of different weightclasses? *fears for my LWs*

right you are.  LW, MW, and HW all mixed up together.  Should be pretty chaotic.

Thanks, guys.  I really have fun doing these tournaments.  Glad you enjoys them.

Wait do I still get to use my prize parts?  :trollface

They're legal for you for all my tournaments. yuppers.

I'd love to enter this, the last time seemed great. Maybe with the havok rules, if a bot havoks twice, it gets disqualified, then if another bot havoks once, the whole team is disqualified. It'll prevent someone from making a team full of havok-prone bots, but not discourage people who might make one slightly unstable design by accident.

very elegant.  Think I'll use that.  thanks.

Oh yeah, one thing I forgot.  Not required, but team themes are encouraged.  Can be as simple as a naming theme, or skin theme, or something more complicated.

GO WEDGIE!!!!
