Maybe you should just wait for version 2.0. I have the final version uploaded, goose just needs to put it in the download database If it is ready I will put it in the database....I can't test much because of my piece of crap nVidia video card, but what I have seen so far was OK. I can't tell if DarkRats replicas are still there because my nVidia fix hides them.....Are they still there? I just read the post above mine and agree that there needs to be a proper nVidia fix FIRST as about half of us have 6xxxx cards and better.

Do you have a legal downloaded version...v1.2? (check top corner in credits) Did you install to an empty folder and move by hand to your RA2 folder and overwrite all?

Another question and it's the last one, when you say the patch you mean the patch that i can have on this website or the official patch of robot arena 2 No, you need to burn a CD of your downloaded game and leave it in the tray (you need to install the game from your hard drive tho) and get the official RA2 1.2 patch. THEN install DSL to an empty folder on your desktop and drag the contents to your RA2 folder and overwrite. i have ra2 from emule and it was on a .rar file
is that the version of the cd? Yes

I had that problem once...I installed DSL 1.2 before installing 1.0 on my daughters Win98 comp. (altho I think the problem has since been repaired)
You may try uninstalling and reinstalling using 1.0 first THEN 1.2 ESPECIALLY if you are on Win98.

Easy way to find out: Open up El Diablo in the bot lab and click on the drum parts to see where they are. Remove and reattach them one by one to get a better idea. Not that easy...some of the replica bots were AAMed and most all the parts are hidden.(as they should be)

Completely uninstall and reinstall the game and try again the right way ONLY. If you did it wrong first some of the files were probably damaged.
EDIT: Delete the Components.cfz in the main folder first.

Did You Install DSL-TC to an empty folder on your desktop and move to your RA2 folder by hand like the instructions say?
Do you have an nVidia 6000 or 7000 series video card?

I have said this before to some one and I will say this to you too.
"My creativity doesn't fit in light or middle weight." Actually, creativity is making a good MW or LW...any n00b can make a HW

I have had the enjoyment of playing online lately and have one question and one recomendation.
Question - Do you guy's know there are other classes besides HW?
Recomendation for 2.0 - Replace HW with BW class.
Lag is bad enough without having 20,000 weapons to keep up with.
(And yes I lost a lot of battles..BUT most due to the lag...and due to the fact my bots are very old.......when God said "let there be light", and asked me to flip the switch I built most of my bots)

Delete the Components.cfz If there are any blank spaces that crash the game after deleting tell us which ones crash it.

Well ATI sucks as bacd as Pentium......so I will just have to work around it.
