But that X-43 is also quite small compared to other planes, normally flying at altitudes above 30,000 feet, crashing into the Pacific for a landing (you live in UK right Sparkey?), and is normally flying above Mach 5. I highly doubt you could see it flying under normal conditions from the naked eye. I would say that you saw an F-117. If you want to see it, google it, its well known.

I believe that the government knows of, uses, and exploits many natural phenomena that we civilians have not discovered yet.
I believe that the government has advanced technology, and is waiting for civilians to catch up before they release it.
I believe that the govenment knows things about other sentient beings that they are not telling us, for fear of public outrage.
I believe the government is hiding many things related to UFO crashes (like reporting Roswell as a crashed UFO from, and then changing statement to a weather balloon program, which used certain materials that eyewitness people denied seeing at the crash site.
I believe that the government has experimented very much in genetic engineering and/or cloning
I believe that the government has done more investigations in to things such as Roswell, 9/11, and the Kennedy assassination, and is not telling us the whole story.
That is what I believe.

Sure. I am not limiting types, but I recommend some types over others, such as popups, crawlers, jugglers, etc. Because they are more customizable. Be aware however that this will be in the BBEANS Tournament Arena V2, and we all saw how Bumble Bee ended up.

mmhmm And also, there could be a champions provisional, where a past champion could get in as well (As in guaranteed a spot), and we could have like enough provisionals for half of the champions of BBEANS. In this sense, Click will announce that he is taking, for example, 40 bots for the next BBEANS. Those other 24 would be guaranteed to ACAMS, Nary, Mike, and FB, along with the 20 best from the last tourney (AKA so vets with good bots could get in). Those vets would have their name listed, and could choose to be in or out of the tourney. Click can accept "in waiting" bots, to go in if the first 40 fill up and then the vet says they don't want to compete, or they just don't send a bot by the deadline. The top 20 can have a deadline that isn't set by when a bunch of n00bs come, send bots, and leave, but by an actual date, so they can do what vets do best. Wait until the last goddamn day to send a bot.

Weaponry would most likely be the main thing changed. Although you can also change wheels or strengthen external armor and/or wedges. Some of the rules, like no extra chassis armor, are to hurt shell spinners so when they know that they are against a popup, they can't take off their top row of spikes and make the armor really strong.

No need to quote the same post sparkey. but Click has always done it like this, and he even has had a rant about it. Although in NASCAR, they do a system where people in the top-whatever in points get a guaranteed entry if they want to. Its called a provisional entry. Its possible that if like the 20 top people from the last BBEANS are guaranteed a spot in this BBEANS if they want it or something, or they can choose to forfeit their spot to let someone else have it, but can still enter if they change their mind.

Ok, first of all.
Decrease the armor to something around Titanium 3, or at the most 5. You don't need that much armor. Then take out the Piglets and find a way to put in about 4 NPC Fasts, with some good wheels. (Try hypnodisc wheels). Then decrease the batteries. You only need at the least 1 ant to power the spin motor, and you can power the wheels as well. Ant batteries are like god to naryar. They are verrry efficient and you get a lot of power out of them. They are much better than Battlepacks.
