So i stumbled upon a nest of eggs, and lo and beholdch, I discovered a new batch of turtle bots! First up is the runt, a Beetleweight weighting 173.9kg, and sporting Pl1 armor. Honestly he was a mistake based on somehow forgetting that LW wasn't 150kg.   Next is his big brother, the real LW designed to possibly enter in Redditbots if I keep checking that page. 247.5 kg, armor is Al3. Note: Will fix those wedgelets later...symmetry.   And finally, the HW, the big boy who will be debuting in The Gamer's Robot Wars. Weighing in at 795.2kg, with Pl5 armor. The giant Loggerhead.   Now for the million dollar question: Why do I keep making turtles? Honestly I have no idea, except these bots are fun and have personality.

I agree with F1 about upgrading the extender armor. Also, I'd see if you could get by with 2 battle packs instead of the blacks to free up a little more weight.

yay my bots aren't screwed this round! Tortuga should be ok unless Diatomic gets an OOTA on him. ASBS will just need to avoid Hornbob. and on the winners side, I can't help but cheer on jamieds thwack.

ugh scavenger and slambot are jerks. Both my bots faired about as well as expected given the matchups. Really surprised by Supremos loss. Disappointed to see tankslapper and catipult lose, I like both those bots.

Hmmm, not liking ASBS's mini Drone draw at all (though Tortuga and the two slambots is far worse)
As for the losers bracket, Hornbob did what was expected, sad to see Feelgood fall, he was looking good but got hammered, Subterfuge and salymandria did what was expected of both as well, and seeing Crash split down the middle was quite enjoyable in an odd way.

Oh wow, lots of great showings and some bad luck.
Slambot! would make the Maxhams proud, and Ares suffered from being its target.
Mini Drone did everything that was expected of it.
Proud of how well the Tortuga performed. As he's already said, Subterfuge had some bad luck. Glad to be moving on.
And heat 8 was as crazy as expected. Those Domino spears looked great until they trapped it on its side.
Another great round Demon.

Here is my attempt at a FBS framebot. Hopefully will see it in a faceoff with Rob, Demon and RedAce's FBS bots. Gaps in the shell were for a different look compared to solid shells. Ends up being a low damage spammer, no real knockout ability, but got an OOTA on Kyros' by being a very effective speedbump.

Fight 1: Wow Catipult kicked my butt. Great job Gulden. Glad to have made it through after getting controlled by a flipper.
Fight 2: not sure what to think. Didn't go at all as I expected, but good show in defeat by Bacon and the front hinge master race.
Fight 3: Kurt I will buy a Tankslapper tshirt, that bot rocks.
Fight 4: Crash....NOOOOOOOOOO.
