been thinking of
-Tyranitar- ...maybe Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Payback and Superpower... maybe
-Aerodactyl- Stealth Rock, Thunder Fang, some flying attack and Stone Edge
-Swampert- Curse, Earthquake, Waterfall, Return or something like that
-Omastar- Shell Smash, Surf, Ice Beam, probably Hidden Power Grass
-Metagross- Agility, Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake
-Magnezone with Magnet Pull- Thunderbolt, Hidden Power Fire, probably Reflect and Light Screen
get a magikarp level it up to 100 and delete any other move that's not splash see what happens
Someone on YouTube had 6 level 100 magikarp a and was facing a team of 6 legendaries in online competetive play, and he clean sweeped the guy with the legendaries, I found it hilarious XD

The chassis is way too huge and you don't need that many cold fusion reactors, take them out and leave 1 then:
- Reskin it- the skin isn't too bad but could be better
- spend weight upgrading the weapon system/looks of it
and reshowcase it, I'm sure after that it'll be 10x better :)
And then, we can leave reccomendations on how to improve it further after that

Well I actually have the hard copy, but I'm pretty sure you can find a DL somewhere on the internet or pick it up cheaply at the very least
After all, it's about 10 years old :V
