Erm... I would keep the RADS. It's not bad.
Anyways, I think you're holding your weapon motors from the back snapper. It's too much weight on the extender work. Try attaching the RADS with the front two snappers to see if that is any better (I don't think you're using anything with them).
Maybe make the wedge longer since you're bot is allowed to be 399.9 in RAW, and um... the Iron Spikes only hit from the tip of the weapon so That might not be the best choice (Maces maybe?).

Yeah it's pretty stupid. Like on my match vs Naryar: If I'm next to the spikes, he will catch me while I'm turning so he gets under me obviously, and everybody knows that the bot that gets under first is typically the one that wins.
