I'm wondering whether you could get the entire front of the chassis covered with battleaxes instead of ramplates...?
The  would I want to do that for? Looks brilliant, inf. =) I'm just wondering why the outer ramplates are intersecting the chassis like that, would it be possible to straighten them up a little?
mmm they dont always intersect. It's just the flex of the snappers sometimes as it moves. Don't get why you put the casters so low...
Had weight left, and madman&Pwn are right...undercutter/Longbow (you're gay Sage :P) protection. Any chassis protection on a popup I can get, the better. Nice
I'm assuming the outer ramplates are attached to the wedges, due to them intersecting the chassis
All four are. Nice; caster placement is good.
How consistently does it score quick KOs (or for that matter, can it score OHKOs)?

Ash, it really all depends what you are going for. IMHO, no more than 5-6 on a green snapper.
Scorpion: It really is as good as I say it is the way it is. As far as a true popup goes in the HW class....how much better can you do?

Ahh, okay much clearer. Scrap the 2 Green snaps for the popup and go with One DDT...and try to get rid of the extra servo or blue snapper, which ever you would rather get rid of.

I'll pretend that I know what "RL" means, but okay! As long as some kind of improvements are made... At MOST you should have 4/5 snappers or servos on this bot collectively. I'd aim for 4. (Less is more in this case, because both weapon systems need to be reinforced).

Not a bad idea at all. Can be improved though...What snappers did you use for the stacking/drive? And the wedges? To me it looks like you used only 4 green snappers and one blue? So I can't figure out how to help you condense in that regard...
Otherwise...you should just use as few snappers as possible, because you have an overload PLUS the servo. Find ways to save space and weight, and then we can talk about upgrades to the design, without sacrificing the "Enigma feel" to it. (Avoiding use of word originality).

ANYWAYS, R4, erm, I Mean Radiance IV, is finished. Splash later when the skin is complete. Also skinning a couple of NC's bots as well so look out for them!

Natef: Not completely in my hands anymore. Might pass the entire project on to Sage(?) if he wants it. I've been away too long, and it's been forever since I started the initiative to get it done. I have to worry about my AI pack and my secret AI project.
