Instead of attaching your hammers onto the baseplate, put them on 0-degree anchors so it can reach further without having to extend the arms.

It's both, actually. 1 black is the minimum to power 2 DDTs, but that only applies to short-ranged bursts (like popups) due to the small radius of attack.
Hammers however, have nearly all the weight concentrated on the end, meaning it requires more power to fire at the same speed as a popup with the same amount of weapons.
Try taking off a razor from each burst, and get rid of the spike strips so you can stack another black in (if you can't, just redo the chassis).

As long as the tourney holder has all the components from all the bots in the tourney, the game shouldn't crash (unless there are problems with the bindings and/or the team file).

Your most ideal solution is to use more anchors to minimize extender work. 3 anchors for 2 HPZs (with roughly 8kgs of extenders) and a DDT is much better than 2 anchors and 24 kgs of extender work.
And based on your tendency to make thin and long bots, you'll probably have a slightly hard time doing that. XD

Yay rush job (only 10 minutes lolz)  Tried cloning 2 Sinister, but tribars were too long for this design. So here's 2 Bad. 3mm plastic, NPCFs, Perm 132 Ss, small BBs and light DS teeth. Great at wearing down stuff, but tends to perform body slams (the fulcrum tends to be the opponent). Despite its invertibility, it still doesn't perform as good as I want it to be. Oh well. Expect a more awesome hybrid soon. :D

If it's meant to be an anti-wedge, it's fine. It's not like a wedge can still hit those extenders (unless it's a hammer, but I don't think it will still happen). :P
