Parental controls are for parents that smother their children, or for the just plain lazy parent.
Parents need to realize that the more the try to keep a child from learning what the real world is like, the more out of control they are likely to be in the future.
On the lazy parents' side... If you feel the need to keep a child from certain things on the internet, then be there while they are on the internet.
Which brings up another point... As much as I love technology, I find it utterly ignorant to be giving children under the age of... Oh, let's say 10 free reign over a computer or cell phone. I've seen 8 year olds with smart phones and such, and I feel it is rather ridiculous.

If I am correct, those are from takatsukiyayoi's defunct NR2003 tournament. They won't be of much use.
This will be stock cars instead of sports cars. Although, as my father says, "there ain't nothin' stock about a stock car".
We will most likely be using the default paint template, which I will provide.

I just bought NASCAR Racing 2003 on Ebay! Therefore, barring some unforseen disaster (Disc being broke, etc.), I will be using NR2003 for this.

I am thinking of hosting another NASCAR race here on GTM.
It will NOT be the GTM Shootout, as I am hoping to have it in January yearly anyway.
I was thinking of having a type of "team race". The idea would be to have participants set up ratings for themselves in each of the categories it asks for in the game (Such as aggression, reliability, etc.). You would also be submit a skin, like in the GTM Shootout.
Here's the kicker... I will put in the real NASCAR driver's (Driver present in 2002, bear with me as it is an old game, but the best NASCAR sim besides NR2003 or iRacing). I will have the same number of real NASCAR drivers as participants, meaning I can only have 21 GTM members sign up.
At the end of the race I will figure up the average finishing position for the GTMers and the NASCAR drivers, and whoever has the highest average finishing position will win.
This is still somewhat for bragging rights as well though.
Would anyone be interested entering this?

Go to the RA2 folder and go to the Music folder. Then stick the music file in the folder of the place where you want it. It must be an MP3 file.
