Nah, I'll just sit there and watch repeats of it on Dave in 5 years time :gawe:
Opening the commentary post for myself, perhaps. =D

No, no no no no no. Change the weapons BACK to Cutting Teeth. You had a good design, and now you've wrecked it by changing the weapons. What did you use instead?

In the Bindings.py line for your robot, there is a bit that says something like 'nose=math.pi'. That's the angle that determines where the front, or "nose" of your robot points at the start of a match. It's measured in radians, which is where pi comes into it. 360 degrees is equal to pi*2 radians, therefore pi would equal 180 degrees, so it would be facing backwards. If your robot faces sideways, then you would either put math.pi/2 or math.pi*3/2 as the nose value. Any angle can be expressed as a multiple of pi in this fashion, you just need to work out what that multiple is, and you should be able to get your robot pointed in the right direction, both metaphorically and literally.

Hope this helps. =)

For all the name daftness, it looks like a pretty good IRL bot. Angled flippermakers above the wheels seem slightly out of place to me, though.

Really try to lighten up the extender work on the drive. When you attach the HPZ's, the sides without lumps should be facing up and down, it looks a little bit cleaner, and it helps with ground clearance (HPZ's obscure collision mesh). Space management is very good, though, as is the choice of red extenders. :gawe:

Vote challenges are better for IRL Challenges, in my belief. Besides, all you'd really have to do is not put your name down, and we could vote on the robots alone.

You could eFFe another pair of 20cm extenders onto the pistons to make the irons both point in the same direction. It's kinda tricky, so I'll walk you through it.

First, fire the pistons, then press the Pause/Break button (You can find it on your keyboard, mines is next to Print Screen). The game will freeze, but you can still move around in it. Switch tabs and back again, so you can attach things. Go to the Components tab, select a 20cm extender, and hover it over the first 20cm, like you would for regular eFFe glitching, but don't click to attach it. Press the Pause button again to unpause the game, and the pistons should retract to their original positions, with the 20cm extender you want to add floating in space. Click to "attach" it, and you should be able to attach both Iron Spikes on the ends of the extenders, without the need to rotate them.

I should develop my own culinary Awesome Sauce. I shall use beef stock, chilli powder, coriander, cumin and black pepper. Plus some diced onions and red/yellow peppers. Chunky sauces are exactly 46% better than their non-chunky counterparts.
At first point, I thought you wrote "Cocaine" xD
An intriguing insight into how your mind works, young Jonzu. =D

I should probably go to bed at this point. It's 2:35 am where I am. No-one'd better start fighting while I'm gone.

Sigh. It seems not only is Facebook useless, it is also required to get anywhere in life. I just signed up so I will have a better chance to be hired in the future, but also so I can make comments on garrysmod.org.

Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, WRONG.

<expletive> Facebook. The very idea that employers consider the fact that potential employees waste their time on social networking sites is quite possibly the single most idiotic concept that I have come across. Scumbook is a tragic waste of time, in my view, and I am sick and tired of hearing about it.

We're looking at you and freeziez. Through a window, with clipboards, taking notes for research.

And Scourge, I was talking about the invisible car. The one with the really nice body kit.

I just want to point out that not all 13 year olds are like this. I've put up with this crap and comments like this for a while now and it gets annoying when people seem to think that we're all the same. We aren't. Not all of us are insane, arrogant gits that sit there for hours trying to kill each other on fish games (you'll get the joke eventually...).

i dun get it

But you're right.

CoD = Fish

I see what u did there.

It wasn't funny. =P

Not the S-shaped Mags. They have greater HP than other Mags, IIRC. They also give you a wider stance and improved turning and stability for no extra weight.

Looks like it should be a pretty awesome tournament. Shame about the size of it, though, but if it were any bigger, then it probably would have taken a lot longer. Some pretty good bots in this, too. I'm really looking forward to the matches. =D

I'd say you need speech marks around the slogan, and have you got four spaces before the list.append thing?
