you should really try 512x512 or 1024x1024
I'm not sure how I can change that but I'll try.
When you open the template in photoshop or whatever you use resize it to 512x512 or 1024x1024. The skin will look more crisp but the downside is you will not be able to apply things in the in game paintshop once you import the texture onto the bot.
