The SNS is 244KGs. Same one in my showcase. Buster blade is a LW. Not a BW.
You calling that a 395kg SnS ?
But yes, 90% of the replicas do fail at fighting when you build decently enough, including Buster Blade.
Consider swapping to NAR AI when you feel like the original DSL bots aren't a challenge to you anymore.

Although realism is disliked by most of us in stock, these bot's look quite good.
Micro Vulcan: I would raise the RAD's by about 3 dimensions. Then put shinies on.
Tetra Vulcan: Use shinies, with the remaining weight, you can get a wedge.
Power Struggle: Only one black battery is needed for this, use shinies, try to remove some of the useless angle connectors. If you have enough weight, you could turn this into a poker.
FBS Magnet 3: I'm not good with FBS
N-Disc 5: Use and Hp-ztek for weapon motor, and add a wedge.

Looks great.
I would switch those extenders for aluminum ones. Then with remaining weight go to Hypnos or Tornado wheels. And one more ant would be best.

When in the robot designs folder, look for "Compatibility Files" on the toolbar. They should be in there.

I've been getting into some of the custom packs lately, so i'm gonna post some custom bots here  This is my 1st SHW with custom stuff. You're prbably thinking, "Um, triton, there's no custom stuff on here". Well you are wrong. The drive motors and weapon motor are custom. Drive motors are low power small motors weapon motor is Mega power small motor. This was made in CHAOS AI, which all the AI bot's have small motors for drive.

Sour: Look's alright, but not being invertible will be it's downfall
Tripper 6: Obvious popup is obvious
PSYCHO: I don't wanna face that thing
PrYsM: Exposed wheels and irons facing the wrong way will make it fail
Packie's Revenge 17 v5.0: Chassis wedge is too steep
Despised Icon: Looks like the spinners are placed too far back and that ram plate might stop any bot that goes up the wedges
Overloaded Orbinaut: Only one razor on each end will lead to it's downfall
Furious Cow 2: I always give my bots good ratings
Hell Itself: The razors are blocking the irons, so all the irons are pretty much useless
Helix 2: Another bot I don't want to face
Havok Irons: Obvious multibot is obvious
Eruption: Ewww...
Scout: Sledges r teh ghey
Banisher: 3rd bot i don't want to face
DETERGENCY: That DDT is quite exposed, a lot of bot's might rip it off

DETERGENCY < Hell Itself: HW HS usually don't have problems with MWs.
Havok > Overloaded Orbinaut: With two HS, it'll probably take out Overloaded Orbinaut's wheels and have it counted out. It also doesn't help that It gets out weaponed.
Banisher < PrYsm: No doubt whatsoever that Banisher is the better made bot but with how high PrYsm's chassis is, it'll be tough for it to gut rip it. It doesn't help that PrYsm has a long and low reach.
Tripper 6 < Despised Icon: I trust my wedges.
Sour < Packie's Revenge: Packie's Revenge is just the better made bot.

Helix 2 > PSYCHO: Pwn's designs are very effective.
