Your extender work is too messy to be better than Mako. You can build everything off of 2 halfsheets and 6 (or less) extenders. With all the weight you have saved, you can now use Perm 132s.
Edit: Also, you're better off with shell panels for the Nightmare-style look instead of the skis and stuff.

You might be better off using the bigger batts since you're using 3 Betas and stuff.

If reach is an issue, just use 140cms and make an L-shaped arm instead of a J-curve with shorter extenders.

You forgot to hide the vote count, Trov.

Your chassis shape is inefficient for such a simple setup. You'll find that a trapezoid would do just fine.
As for the steering thing, just wire the rear wheels for drive while wiring the front wheels for both steering and drive.

I actually like the setup since you actually made the spinners closer to each other while keeping invertibility. Have you found other setups with equal drive height?

Not a single bot tried to clock in at 666kg. I'm disappointed. :<
I gotta say a floating skull is sp00pier than a full skeleton robot though, so #4 it is.

I would probably argue that the HS could be angled and the FS could be a bit further back, but that still looks nasty. Not sure if the popup and hammer do anything, though.

The reason why it's so hard to implement the ideal AI is because as humans we make multiple minute decisions that are constructive to the whole battle plan. It's very tedious to implement multiple decision points with the proper thresholds, all arranged by urgency.
A gutripper would love to chill under a opponent when it has the opportunity to do so, but it's difficult to deduce when it's worth it to stay in a wedge lock or squirm out and flank. A hammer might wait until its arm is directly aligned towards the enemy chassis, or it decides to whack away at the fragile weapon systems. A popup facing against a wedgeless VS would actually love to take out the stabilizers before charging onto the chassis.
There are so many variables to take into account, that it would take weeks to code a .py for a single bot that's tailored to cover most of the scenarios it may face. I'm not saying it's impossible, but your time would actually be better spent honing your building skills rather than coding a program to make up for your bot's weaknesses.

The reach you need to maximize damage is at most 20cm + length of the weapons. Any more and you'll at least lower the damage potential by a third. So you either rebuild the chassis to move the DDT forward, or dump the weapon system onto a Snapper II for a more flexible setup.

What's wrong with the HW Creep Runner?

It usually only havoks when the drive is attached to the snapper. Anything else would probably a hard hit on a bursted weapon motor.

Swap the position of the snapper and CB so you can use shinies instead of minis. Nothing much you can do about the havok bombing unless you want to make the drive unbursted though.

I think Impending Doom has the motors rotated one more notch upwards, but the main problem is getting the mounting setup right. Try to have the main extender hold the plow and an extender attached to it that holds the RAD.
Come to think of it, Scrap Daddy's version has the black rotated the other way for a wider stance IIRC. It should be somewhere in his showcase.

Actually it DOES have some empty space (around the battery and snapper), although your best solution to that is to make a wedged trapezoid which is more tedious.
And yeah, Z-Tek+shinies combo is the best drive for LW popups, but I'm not sure if your chassis is still shallow enough unless you want to burst the drive or something.
