I have some kids like this in my boy scout troop. I went to a seminar thingy on dealing with them and the lady said that for someone who uses their condition as an excuse for bad behavior, the best way to stop the behavior is to tell them that it is no longer an excuse. Thus, they cannot get out of things easily and they stop their behavior.

Here, have one of the first DSL bots I ever made. I made this little number ages ago when trying to make a walker. The end result was this,

It actually moves surprisingly well. It has a tail so it can reverse.
I think I made that wretched extenderwork so I could align the pistons easier.
