BATTLE RULES

3 minute fights.
Official Robot Arena 2 Tournament arena, I will make a new skin for it again.
Hazards on.
If a robot havoks then I will restart the match. I will keep restarting until there is a havok-free match. Fights with havoks will not be shown.

Arena

Round One - Qualifiers - 27 robots will be randomly placed into 9 battles with 3 robots in each. The winner of each Qualifier goes through to the triads, meaning 9 will advance.
Round Two - Triads - 9 robots will be placed into 3 battles with three robots in each. Winners of Battles One, Two, and Three will fight each other, qinners of Battles Four, Five, and Six will fight each other, Winners of Battles Seven, Eight, and Nine will fight each other. The winner of each Triad goes through to the Final, meaning 3 will advance.
Round Three - Final - The remaining robots will fight each other in a simple "Winner Takes All" three-way final.

Judging
Judging will be done by me.
Each robot will be given a mark out of 5 for the following:
Style - How well the robot looks in battle.
Control - How well the robot is controlled.
Damage - How well the robot uses it's weapons.
Aggression - How well the robot tries to become part of the fight.
A maximum of 20 points in total for each robot.

It's from RFSHQ. It's original name was ": gawe :" which was short for "goose awesome", with "awesome" being that stupid :D emote with the eyes rolling back to the upper right or whatever. Goose drew a really, REALLY bad version of it on MSN Messenger one night and I ended up tracing over it to vectorize it and use it as an emoticon. The one used here is the same one I traced over almost a decade ago, haha. Another community member, Fuzzoom, made a terrible version of that emote that saw use as the lesser-remembered ":fawe:" face.

Do you have original gawe or fawe?

There will be a secondary stage to signups for second robots to be sent in.

So this isn't happening?

It's Saturday, but let's pretend it's Friday.

Secondary Signups are now open, but only a limited number of spaces are available.
Marty and KOS's spots are also up for grabs if they don't update their entry or send a new one.

There won't be a SBV thread until some point tomorrow because I have to make all the splashes individually and I can't be bothered doing that right now - I'm tired and want my beddy-byes.

So until then have the brackets so you can see what robot you are up against and try to work out if it is any good just from the name.
(Spoilered because it's waaaaaay bigger than I thought and I'm not shrinking it down until I have everything else done.)

398.9 is the maximum weight for a middleweight to be classed ingame.

Is his robot 399.0 kg though? Because in the rules it says robots can be up to 399.0 kg.

really i mean honestly 0.1 kg isnt giving me an advantage ill send a new robot but it is just ridiculous to me

A weight advantage is still a weight advantage, no matter which way you look at it.

The amount of times an ant has taken me 0.1kg over the MW limit is ridiculous, and even one battery can give an advantage if it means you're running efficiently for longer.

EDIT: Also, earlier you said my second entry was accepted, but it's not on the list. Was I too late?

Nah, I've just not edited KOS and Pantymidget out yet.

I have a similar robot that needs AI'd. Can I get the Bindings line for this please? And also what to name the smartzones/controls?
