No, I've decided to drop that idea for a new standalone tourney, and do BTTB 5 after Backlash has been out for a while. That'll probably be the end then.

no offense but this tournament is/will loosing/loose all prestige if there is just anther one after the other..
unless you dont want it to gain such a image..
I don't really mind about prestige. I just enjoy doing tourneys, and hope the community enjoy my work too. That said, BTTB obviously will slow after this one, 'cos I'mma wait for Backlash.

 I'm not planning on slowing up. :P Rebuilding each other's first showcased Stock bots as DSL HW's. Aiming for a 32 bot bracket again. Discuss away! - 32 Bot Bracket, although I technically only need 29 entrants as SB and Ounce are garunteed entry and I am entering
- HW
- DSL, Rebuilding first showcased Stock bots.
- No custom components or cheatbot 2 parts. Only custom smartzones - used for AI purposes only.
- Usual deathmatch style
- Twiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisted Arena, as per normal.
- Double Elimination, Best of 3 matches
- No AAM, ZeroG or Thyrus Glitch. BFE banned bar name changing and chassis shine. BFE armour c will be enforced.
- All usual building glitches allowed, provided their usage doesn't violate the usual DSL realistic Rule
- Upgrades wil be allowed up until I get the last bot and will be unlimited, and the last person will get 2 days for upgrades should they wish to have them, unless there is a special reason, like Doomkiller in BTTB 1.
- 1 free havok restart each round, a forefit on second explosion.

Well, BTTB 3 has come to a conclusion. Here is the awards thread. There are no actual prizes, you just get the gratitude of winning the awards. The only prize goes to our champion, who is automatically entered in the next BTTB, should he wish to.
