That's fine by me. I'll start by reiterating the points I made on page one. Sign me up. I bring to attention the following actions of the recently appointed Global Moderator and self-confessed "Villain", Nayar.
- Altering various member's posts without cause or necessity, both throughout the Junk Yard, and in the MLP thread, further breaching his own GTM Constitution regulations.
- Spamming the "Eyebrows" image in General Chatter, and also the MLP thread, which was not located in Junk Yard, thus going directly against the GTM Constitution that he personally contributed towards and set up.
- Hijacking FOTEPX's account and altering his Username and Avatar for demoralising purposes without reason.
I'm wanting to propose that if there is any further instances of Naryar abusing his privileges, then he be stripped of his Global Moderator position at the very least. He has not proven that he can use his powers responsibly, and if he can't do that, then his powers should be revoked.

i have a feeling this is either going to go out really, really badly with me getting banned, or something productive might actually happen.
If we actually put together a decent case against him, with evidence to go with it, then something productive might happen. If we keep going off topic here, though, then I imagine it would get overlooked.

he now represents the system, so really I should fight against him.
This is pretty much my view. If he's going to be a moderator, he needs to refrain from abusing his powers just for the sake of abusing them. And so far, he's been doing an absolutely terrible job of doing that.

Calm down, dude. But yes, the pony thread was deleted for no reason. He has been abusing his powers since day one, he has been acting like such a hypocrit to the rest of the boards. Either he stops unnecessarily taking control of what other members do, or he gets stripped of his Global Moderator position. That's my proposal.

Kill was a cool mod. Mary is letting his power get to his head. It's like having an overly strict teacher in your favourite class. I'm enjoying being part of GTM less and less these days since he started modding.
Strangely, I'm in the same boat as you are. I do feel that he's unnecessarily abusing his power, what with changing FOTEPX's avatar and username, then spamming the <expletive>ing Eyebrows thing in the Pony Thread by modifying other member's posts for no reason, which is going directly against the GTM Constitution that he campaigned so vigorously for before he was awarded Mod Status. As a Moderator, I think he's doing a good job for the short while he's been a mod. As a member, though, he's suddenly turned into a <expletive>, in my opinion.

Spyro 3 is probably THE game of my childhood. I still play it now, and the only reason I don't play the first two is because I don't own them. I've completed it 4 times so far (117%), and it still surprises me even now. Just the amount of little details you have to play through a few times to actually notice, and the fact that I STILL find different ways to play each level every time I go through it. I should probably attempt a No Death Run at some point, a Speed Run would take far too long. But I do agree that they had some great humour in them.

For Hallowe'en, people knocked on the door, we didn't respond, they went to egg the house, I threw a soundbang out of the window to give them a fright. Can't stand kids who are willing to cause damage to property because we have no damn sweets

HazCon uses Omni.py, IIRC. The opponent's on top of the robot, so you don't have to do anything too fancy.
If you're having AI issues, you could at least move things along with the Splash if you wanted to. =)

I actually agree with S_M here. AI Components, exclusing the SnapperII and Emergency wedge, have been expressly prohibited in the rules, which GK has locked into place, so the SYD Plow is therefore an illegal component. If we're going to follow the rules, then we're going to follow the rules. Not sidestep around them for the sake of convenience. That's just how I see it.

Change of topic time.
Today (Halloween) on campus, I saw someone dressed up as Misty from the Pokemon Anime. Hair dyed red in a ponytail off to one side, short shorts, yellow tank top, red overalls, and holding a Pikachu plush. That last flawed detail I was willing to overlook for the effort of the rest of the costume. I thought to myself, "Wow. That would be totally hot if she wasn't like, ass ugly." Then this person spoke. It was a dude. This fine gentleman was a Misty trap for halloween.
Discuss.

I can see how you would see the upside for it, but I'm in agreement with Naryar here. It does sap a lot of the skill out of building a good chassis, and there are a lot of specialised chassis' out there, I feel, which would only work for one specific bot, such as Clickbeetle's Thunder Cloud. I know it's old, but it proves my point. So nice idea in theory, but in practice, I don't think so.

That looks like a seriously kick-ass piece of bot building. Very nice work indeed. If it's not IRL building, though, I'd probably get rid of the Ripping Tooth on the top, and try to beef up the frontal protection assembly that you have as a side panel with beaters at the moment. If it is IRL, then REMOVE THE METAL HINGES.
