I wouldn't be surprised if there is a london in texas. You americans are so lazy, surely coming up with cool and new names for cities is the best part of making a new country

Seventuple hybrid is seventuple. This is not a seventuple hybrid :P
Eh? What you talkin about Naryar? Anyway, clash cubes experiment #212 a.k.a "The root of all evil" Flamer SnS, looks pretty with the FIRE, may enter it, may not, depends on if I want something cool in or something effective in Titanium 1 armour aswell BTW

WIN!! Somebody needs to make a giant pokeball to keep it in.
But you cant make spheres in RA2 D:
Ziggo shell, perhaps mod them a little bit to make them bigger and reskin them

Well it's a rammer aswell (aparently:P) so it could ram to get the otther bot on top. Just accept that I won the septuplet challenge Nar ;P Well, although this is now masterz of the hybrid, turns out it gets easily beaten by shebeast

I've just suddenly noticed that all the advanced users (with the exception of Joe and Nary) are American.
It's a conspiracy!!! They're going to, erm, do something with their americanyness ;P

turn the motors off and it counts as a rammer too!
<.< >.> Yeah, i'll go with that What do the top spinners do?
Well, if a bot goes on them it'll grind them down a little bit. Also, more improtantly, top spinner is an easy thing to hybrid so it helps me get another type into this monstrosity ;P I'm gonna have to try this in a fight now, it probably won't fair too well, but I just don't care

Right here's Dialectic Chaos: Nar challenged me to build a septuplet HW DSL hybrid, and I could only manage a sixtuplet Still, it's a facespinnertopspinnerhammerpokerflamersawbot which is something to be pleased about I guess.

What but, err, that's madness!! Anyway, I completely retract any complaints about stock not having enough room for innovation.
Does that not have trouble going the right/wrong way up though when the match begins?

Get rid of the pink and tigthen up the chassis. And you must be able to make that invertible, try using bigger wheels and raising the motors up with the ctrl button.

Ofcourse By tilts on an angle I presume you mean the spinner part itself and not the whole bot?

Yeah, I believe the vlad spikes have normals anyway. And do what NFX says, especially getting rid of the sledgehammers, they're eating up a lot of weight better used on razorz You could also use lighter armour, shell spinners don't need that strong chassis armour (although if you had enough weight left over, a titanium half sheet on the bottom could help you against gut-rippers). Even tightening up the chassis (circular chasis seem to usually leave a bit of empty space, so you may want to avoid using them much) will help you save a bit more weight. One other thing, it's usually best to stick something like a carbon fiber extender on top of a shell spinner like that, it's not very reliable but it could save your bot from being inverted and immobilised very easily.

I go to what was rated one of the top 10 schools in the country! I like it a lot. But are the language teachers cr*p at your schools too?
Well, I think david cameron is better than that labour idiot
We know who I refer to. We don't know whats about to happen with Ed Miliband at the wheel yet.
The language teachers at my school suck aswell, mine actually told our class that she doesn't believe in being smart And I've already got ed miliband pegged as an idiot yes-man. One of the first things he said was that even millionaires should get child benefit!

Yeah, in an ideal world everybody would get equal education, but sadly, in a capitalist country atleast, that aint gonna happen.
One thing that does annoy me about schools nowadays is that it's all about getting the idiots a passable grade rather than getting everybodys best out of them. The way the system is atm, it's the quantity of passes that matter to the school and the teachers rather than the quality of the grade.
It's not that tests are getting easier, it's that the systems been adapted to make everybody THINK that the latest generation is more intelligent.
And not with David Cameron as Prime Minister. I ain't paying twelve thousand pounds a year to learn. D'you mean trying to average everybody out? 'Cause what gets me is people seem to warm more to the students who have problems and struggle through to get passable marks, the underdogs, if you will, rather than the students who can live "normal" lives and get great results.
Well, I think david cameron is better than those labour idiots, he's doing the right thing with the cuts, but he's not cutting the right things, especially when it comes to education. And yeah, the way schools work, the more passes they get the better it is for them. Think about it, in the news after the gcses what is it you always hear about? A rise in A*s? Nope. It's always a rise in c's and above, or even just passes in some cases. Infact, that reminds me of one thing that does effect me and really annoys me in my school. Now I get high marks, but I want to do something with music when I leave school. It's my passion, my love, and i'd never forgive myself if I didn't atleast TRY to follow it through. But still, me and a close mate of mine who's in a similair position have had to listen to the deputy head (I think that's what she was) go on and on about how we need to do as many academic things for the school and to not focus on our music as much. Once again a perfect example of how a schools image is more important than the actual students

One of my friends (Mind Windmill) constantly goes on about the school Gazea2, him and I go to and says that it's really awful because it's a state school. So I've decided to make a thread about it. I went to a Private school for most of my life (12 years) and moved to a state/public school last year. Personally I prefer Private Schools. Which type of school do you guys prefer?
Useless didn't explain it too well. Mind Windmill blaims EVERYTHING on our school being a state school. If he does bad on a test, he'll say, "It's because it's a state school."
He doesn't listen when I say that last year our state school was in the top 10 for GCSE grades. He thinks that because we go there, we're tramps. TBH, I cant wait until he leaves next year and gos to a private school (I don't mean that in a bad way but at least he won't be moaning).
@Scorpion - Good points.
@NFX - That's the thing. Everyone's opinion on what makes a good school is different. I, personally, want good grades but also want a good school environment. Our school is good for both but Mind doesn't think so.
But it is FULL of pikeys, chavs and people who just don't care.
TBH life is full of pikeys, chavs and people who just don't care. Besides, i'd probably fit into the people who just don't care category anyway:P
