I went into a bookstore, and they had this kit of papercraft robots controlled by wind up motors. It was called "Robot Wars" I could see Sparkey buying that.
I got that at my school's book fair when I was like 6 or 7. Good times. I remember there was a tiger one with a chainsaw.
I still have that one! There is a tiger, a bull, a ram, and 3 others I can't remember. Gotta dig it up sometime.
