Yes, Atom Smasher is a bit fragile, I think I may resize the chassis and use mag snappers so that I'll have enough weight to use stronger extenders, and maby even better hammers/

I finally started building some DSL bots again so here they are. They are remakes of the stonck bots that are in the robot desings folder.  Atom Smasher  . and Pimped Spin Bonker. It has 4 of the biggest batterys for power which is probly more than I need. The wepon motor is an E-tec and it has 4 NPC-64's with micro wheels for drive.

Sorry for double posting, but I just got an idea that has nothing to do with my last post. How about a HALO-themed arena? It could be made to look like a room in one of the multiplayer maps or even a spot in the campain. Maby someone could reskin the bully from the Schoolyard Arena to look like the Master Chief! :D

It might also be possible to make a RA2 themed map for HALO CE with drivable robots and deathpits. It would take quite a bit of work, but somone was able to make a Legend of Zelda mod for Halo CE. Why not Robot Arena? :)

But if you don't click on the armor tab, you've got DSA armor, which weighs a lot less ...... DS aluminum works in DSL too? I thought it didn't because of the diffrent armours, but I'm new to DSL so I was most likely wong. It's probly not stronger tanh 10 or 15mm steel though.

Yea, I did put some teeth on it in hopes that they can do damage if the burst motor is fired. It's not powerfull enough to flip a heavyweight, but maby it could flip one of the multibots if I ever lost all my spikes in a fight with one.(which i doubt will happen) :twisted:

That's right. The burst motor is too small to flip heavyweights, but for some reson it helps the wedge get under stuff better. :)

The current announcer is better than anything I or FB could come up with. FB could make some crazy, silly comments (random stuff like opera singing and Gollum imitations), but nothing serious I don't think. Hmm.. Gollum doing the anouncing. That would be interesting!

I once did some sound effects stuff that made the announcer sound like he was talking on a loudspeaker. I never treid to change the stupid jokes though. :)
