At first I thought he BFE'd the chassis size from huge to small, leaving the components outside. But then the components wouldn't be sideways, I guess.
I made the chassis, put on motors and wheels normally, then attached about 10 of Mad's SZ's outside. I put batteries in those SZ's and since I could fit a control board as well, I put that there. Nothing complicated.
