You are supposed to extract it to your desktop.
Replace the UI folder with the UI folder in C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Robot Arena 2 then run the patch

Go to C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Robot Arena 2 and open ra2.cfg with notepad and change
AllowNonStandardMultiplayer=0
to
AllowNonStandardMultiplayer=1
THEN make sure EVERYBODY in the game has the same components as you, and they also have to edit the ra2.cfg

Look in the download database under Components for Anti Ballast and once installed you put them on your bot to remove weight, but be sure to remove them before using your bot.

400-450 HP... not really sure, probably should get a dyno. :P
Getting 1 HP per cubic inch is hard to do with your setup......I would guess 300 - 325 (at best) unless you have very good heads and an almost unstreetable cam.
I am actually debating wether or not to make it completely a drag racing car.
The car weighs almost 2 tons......most people that drag race those use a well built bigblock!
It would make a nice daily driver.

Navigate to your game folder....usually C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Robot Arena 2 and copy/paste the Robot Arena 2 folder and rename the copy to SCv3.
now extract the Starcore pack to it.
Open the SCv3 folder and find the Robot Arena 2.exe icon and right click it and select create shortcut to your desktop....now you should have it and if you have some bots in your original game you just copy them from the Robot Designs folder and paste in the SCv3 Robot Designs folder.
