Hmm, would a raised skirt hinge that could act as protection (insted of the snowplow) and a wedge work aswell?

I haven't studied the original original of life for some time, so I don't remember all the details so well.

The point still stands - life didn't come about because some deity came about and said "ORGANISMS GET!"
More like, life didn't start because a bunch of random chemicals sprang to life of their own accord. Do you know the mathematical odds of a chain of amino acids randomly combining to form DNA? Well, I'll tell you. They're 1 over 10 to the 67th, or practically zero.
Perhaps, but it's not like it happened instantly did it?

I don't see him keeping loads of things secret though TBH.
I mean there was aparently a fair few people working on dsl 2, but if there's only one person working on dsl 3 (even if it is clickbeetle) it may never get finished  :(

Hmm, I can't find a picture of swiss army bot IV, but I get what you're saying and i'll give it a try.
The more hybrids the better

Thanks, but aren't flamethrowers only 20kg ;P
And is it worth downgrading the armour to try and put some wedges on there?

Hey, post 1500 and I almost didn't even notice!

That's better, now we're back on topic!

Today on the radio they played evanescence, a respectable musical choice, and then followed it up with rihanna  :realmad(
Let me guess...was it that "Rude Boi" song? It feels awkward to hear in public places.
Nah, I think it was umberella, which IMO is even worse.

Ah, I see.
Don't want to seem annoying, but why hasn't he asked more people for help, even if it's just for some skinning and reps?

Music I do like: Slayer, Flotsam and Jetsam, Primus, Megadeth, Metallica (don't start up the argument again, Scorp), Anthrax, Overkill, Rammstein, Annihilator, (Basicly any Thrash Metal band), Old American Jazz, System Of A Down, and many many others.
'twasn't an argument, 'twas a discussion.
Sadly my trolling powers aren't strong enough too argue with you about it  :p

Besides, I like pretty much all the bands you listed there, although this is kinda the wrong thread.
We insult in here, not compliment  ;)

Well you could atleast lower the chassis a bit.
The skirt hinge seems to have insane collision mesh, so i'm sure there'll be some way to get round it anyway.

Black and blue..weren't they made by the same team that made S.M.I.D.S.Y?

And I've almost finished working on mute.
It fights just like mute (insanely) so i'm tempted to enter it in RW3 anyway, even though it will epicly fail

Hmm, interesting idea.
Reminds me of something I was going to do a while back, should probably finnish that bot off actually...

Anyway, I'd personally try to add some kind of external armour if possible or perhaps add another razor on the middle of the disk rather than upgrade the wheels.

Lower the mags (by lowering the chassis) and move them forward a bit aswell if you can, if weight distribution does work then that may help the front wedge.

And definately cut down on the side/rear wedges, even if you think you need them for stability, a change of drive system and better wheels (technos for example could help a lot with stability) may render them pretty much useless anyway.

Aparently so.
Is it just clickbeetle who's working on this then?

3415
Seems that way

he made a "this forum is starting to suck" thread a while back
I know.
I don't see how threads like this help with the problem anyway.

3416
Just wandering, does this guy just come on here every now and then to make a thread complaining about something then leaving again?

Natural complexity usually=better music
Anyway, home.
All your claims disputed by one song ;P

And six degrees isn't bad by any means.
The main song is brilliant, as is the glass prison and misunderstood (although I might actually prefer the cut down version of that on the greatest hit album).

Also new DT album being made in january, which is going to be even better than black clouds i'm sure

Would I get to wear a checked gingham dress and army boots?
Ask Mr Flibble
And you get the bonus point for noticing the reference to the best episode of red dwarf ever.

Scenes From A Memory is overrated :p
*stabs nearby person in sudden flurish of fury*
Well that's just an immense lie, it's the closest to perfection anything has ever got.
Besides, Octavarium seems to be the most highly rated DT album, i'd say that one is the closest to being overrated (although the secoond half of that album is amazing, the first half isn't really)

Oh, and reign in blood is as complex as this plank of wood

Yep, they're a bit like slayer in that respect.
Play very fast but very, very rarely write a good riff.
