BBEANS is way too special to happen every 3 months. It's so major and time consuming too, Click has other things to do too. And IRL BBEANS would suck because it would just feel off.
not every year
just one
this is a landmark for BBeans

dsl-s
sportsman stock
and stock
they could take place once every 3 months

Well, what do I improve?
The reason I didn't take anyone's advice is because they were being too vague, only telling me what NOT to do (it helps, but I now need suggestions on what to improve upon), and the occasional flaming.
If this tourney is going to be a big flop, why not try and fix it?
Co-management, controversy around replica tournament try-harding, and a lack of planning, really screwed things up.
(Sorry Jaydee, but you rushed this to begin with.)
So, any ideas?
people dont like making replicas
people enjoy making unique bots
they feel connected to their own bot
i enjoy building replicas but how many people like me are there
5 at most
its not gonna pass there no way to change it
maybe if you let people enter in original irl designs and give replicas a bye to the second round
similar to how famous robots in battlebots got to skip preliminaries
orphans worked because you made your own bot but tied it to another bot
I think you could have people make updated versions of replicas
like you make hazard but make it in a way you think it would do better in battle
while still retaining the feeling of the bot

also if anyone picks robot arena 2 as their theme I will personally write them a very angry letter
Ha ha, what about the robot wars games? Is that an angry letter too?

yeah. And when I say robot fighting, I mean ra2, robot wars, battlebots, that kind of stuff. robot combat.
Making a Call of Duty inspired bot called "oooh baby a triple"
why you take my idea

Your sarcasm is greatly appreciated, guys.
I'd appreciate you shutting up

is your goal on this forum just to be as pissy and useless as possible because it doesn't seem like you've done much of anything here

he won a tournament your argument is invalid

was it the ra2 special olympics
i have an idea for a tournament!

the logo for this might just be the funniest thing i've ever seen
I got a team of highly trained logo artists
and then fired them all for going to chipotle without me
i then payed a guy 10 bucks to do it

Also I think sledgehammers would do about the same as your beater setup far better and would last longer.
if he could clear up the weight for them

he would probably have to use 30 pound(?) hammers
which would be torn apart by my bots 60 pound(?) hammers
not that beater are gonna last long though anyways

360
Do you really need a dual perm though? You could probably go with a 4-mag or even a 2-mag and still be spinning that thing pretty fast. Also I agree with Chickenado, your beater setup looks dumb.
A) yes cause it sends things flying and I love it
B) that was an after thought of the last crankshaft, I played around with the beater setup and found it needed to be lower to hit lower targets
also it probably helps but it takes away from the look of the bot
if you really need to hit lower targets use skirts on your bot
How would skirts help?

to get under your opponent and use the wedge to get them into the bar
simple hazard physics
