The difference between castor armor and invisible skirt hinge armor is that castors COULD be used irl. Putting a thick piece of metal in the fornt of your robot to protect from frontal damage is absolutely realistic, cause it can be attached directly to the chassis. Skirts could never be used the way they are being used now. The only reason the collision mesh is like that is because it would havok without it.
That being said, I don't mind it's use in this tournament. Click said it was fine, so stop QQ and just enjoy the show. If you lose because of invisible invincible skirt hinge armor, be angry at yourself for not thinking of using it too.

yep, right at the top, in the materials section.
AMBIENT and DIFFUSE is what you want to change. Look on google for hexadecimal codes. remember that when you compile it again, the codes will reverse, so either recompile or just write them in reverse order.

So it is DSL's version of caster armour. Whatev. The only problem I would see is if it breaches the "realistic rule" as a result.

So, my prediction for BBEANS 6 champ is Sage! WOOHOO! I'm pretty sure in a fight against Bane I have the disadvantage, but there are other bots that could take Urjak out before I get to him. The skirts on the front just aren't strong enough to hold up the whole battle. Let's see if I can break my tradition of losing the very first match xD
