That's quite an interesting first bot there. AAM's normally frowned upon for competitive bot building, but it is possible to Stack 3 Blackvolts into each other (albeit very tricky). The general rule is that one BlackVolt can power 4 HPZ's for 3 minutes. If you were to slim it down to a HW, you'd only need two BlackVolts.

If you take a look around some of the showcases for some more traditional rammers, you'll see that they don't have the drive motors that close to the weaponry, because once the weaponry gets knocked off (and it will), the motors are cannon fodder. Move them back, inside the chassis preferably, but give some space between the drive motors and the weaponry.

I'd also advise against using different wheels, unless you're going for looks. You want the same wheels, so the bot is balanced and not faster in one place than everywhere else.

Skin's not too bad, though, you've done a decent job with that. It's also nice to see a newcomer with a good amount of existing skill every once in a while. Hopefully you'll stick around. =)

You're in luck. nightcracker wrote a program to do exactly this, it helps with precision quite a lot. Here's the link for you. =)

Not too bad of a concept. I might remove the inner razors, though (if an opponent gets that far in, you're probably stuffed), and get rid of the irons. Swap them for razors, and perhaps drop to Medium Beater Bars. Just to get some moar razors on there.

Not too bad. I think it would look better without the wedge on the front, though.

I enter slow and powerful, get stuck on spikes by fast and wedgey.
I enter fast and wedgey and get stuck on the spikes by slow and powerful or just plain fast.
I enter a VS and get out weaponed.
How to win...?
Moar ground clearance?

Works now. Quick question, why do you leave the video black while the music plays in the background? And I like how the lag immediately drops once the match finishes. =D

I now despise YT.
Why?

****ing companies preventing me from posting my longer then 15 minute videos because I use their music, even though I'm not gaining anything financially. So I can't upload jacksh** beyond 15 minutes and my computer is slow as hell, so my RA2 vids are always longer than they should be.
lol i post copyrighted content all the time and don't get caught

Can't you just speed up the videos in WMM or something?

No, it's not that I can't post copyrighted content (I do), it's that if I want longer videos, then I can't have any copyrighted content. (Also fixed my original post, as it was 15 minutes not 10)

And I'm not sure about that.

What you could do is load the song you want to use in a program such as Audacity, and add a relatively quiet static track over the background. It provides enough of a difference to the bots that detect that sort of thing.
