Went into this planning to overhaul ASBS into not an extenderbot, but ended up melting it into another design I'd been planning to do, which had been in turn affected by watching Aftershock murder things.

So here is the currently titled 2 Average. MW, Ti3 armor, 398.5 kg. Hopefully will make time to skin it sooner or later.

Luckiest robot: Paladin
MVB: MitP
lul the salt
No salt just pepper. Didn't give too much effort, such as my Rob vote for best captain. Paladin was the best matchup for Dark so it swept easily. My bot just sucked all around.

Here's my updated vote

Best robot: Solaris simple OP design
Coolest robot: jungle party
Weakest robot: BBS (cool if I vote my own for this right?)
Blandest robot: hammerhead
Better captain: Rob
Luckiest robot: Paladin
Unluckiest robot: Grindr
MVB: MitP
Best match: Dragoon vs Hitler
Bot that deserves an award but couldn't get one: Challenger

Will update later when I have more time, but weakest is definitely my bot, BBS.

I dig the setup, though I'd upgrade the drive so you're using two double twmr motors instead of four singles, that saves some weight as well as battery power for your claw hammer. Also with wheels farther back you remove those forward guards which might make getting under an opponent hard

Close enough. As a rule of thumb, the disc should always be slightly bigger that the chassis. You could add extenders to the disc to make it look bigger, à la Dominotrix.
(Image removed from quote.)
Fixed?
No. Disc needs to be just slightly bigger than the chasis. Kurt suggested you give the ring an extender trim to do this. Look at real life ring spinners.

You do realize those are supports right?
Do you mean the sections of chasis? I meant the black squares i circled (ballasts?).  I like the new internals layout, though in most cases one black batt should be enough for 3 motors.

Looks duckish, but I dig the super low profile (best feature of the real poison arrow)

I think yellow teeth went off the rails a bit. I think your first setup was better, so I'll keep my suggestions to it.

Try using a shorter perm to move the motor as close to the drum without clipping or going out of the chassis. I don't know what those two blocks are (ballasts?) so lose them. Try moving up to NPC drive motors in the new space left by moving the perm, also try to position so you can use large enough wheels to be invertible. You can then remove srimech and save weight there. If you move the wheels outside the chassis for this (probably gonna need to) I'd suggest building wheel guards with flipper segments or something

And youre prolly gonna need more peer than one black to run a flipper. You'll end up out of juice pretty quick.

Oh when it goes Mauler, it goes Mauler hard. Just needs the right counter. (Originally meant the tourney Tortuga vs Supremo but oh well too late now.)

Ugh, but how will the crocodile fight the turtle?

Also (if you're using component freedom at least) you could always tack a poly armor panel on the bottom so you could go pl1 like avalanche said.

Weapon length gets tricky, reach is good but also makes it easier for the shell to stop and get stuck where you can't self right. I'd go large typhoons if possible, small are a good second and more weight friendly.

Interesting. Won't be allowed in some tourneys tho
Oh it's just a rabbit hole project, zero tourney plans for this fella.

But yes it's a mix of trying to make a LW gadreel (not liking results) and then mixing in GG since potter's wheels are rediculous. The saws (and basically all active weaponry) are just thrown in for fun.

Update:  hmmm can I turn these PW variations into a Nuts style bot? Maybe. Why? Because.
