He just got the numbers wrong. They're Perm 80s like normal.
Actually, I saw a file in my copy of DSL3 hinting that there might be a Perm-40. It is in (Name of DSL3 folder)\Components\perm and is called perm40_EL.gmf. It is 166kb in size and was last edited on January 18, 2010, at 12:05AM. What's really strange is that it doesn't have a matching .txt file, indicating that it was never finished. ...could this be some big conspiracy theory or could it be Clickbeetle tricking us into believing that it's a conspiracy theory when it isn't? Is this going to turn into some crappy, Twilight-level creepypasta? I can see it now... XD

Not bad. I had a feeling that it would be too OP, but I assume that it's using Perm 45's.
Wait, there are Perm-45's? I don't see them anywhere. Do I have to BFE them on to my bot or what?

You fixed nothing about this bot. If you aren't gonna take this thread seriously it's not worth posting in it.
It is not wise to test my patience either. I'm helping you and you spit on my advice ? What the hell ?
I'm pretty sure he does not understand English well.
He said this in his showcase: hi I'm from Argentina I speak Spanish and do not understand your question
Not to rip on him for that, but I digress. As for the bot... do you know how to make a chassis minimum height? All you need to do is click the very bottom pixel of the height slider when adjusting your chassis height/shape of the top of the chassis. A Perm-80 can fit in a minimum height chassis given that the chassis has the right horizontal dimensions to fit the perm. That way, the spinner can be invertible without using large wheels. Of course, you don't have to put the perm inside of the chassis, and given the length of the EL perms, it wouldn't really be in your best interest. Just mount it on a multi-extender (the small red and black ones) The right and left NPC-T64's, as previously stated, have strange collision meshes (the surface of the space that the game considers as "solid") that allow them to poke out of the back of the chassis while still being mounted on the baseplate. Kinda like this: (An older build of my MW hammer Slammerfist.) Notice how the NPCs are sticking out of the back of the chassis. This can't be done in DSL3 (CURSES!), but it is one of the most useful quirks of DSL2 and is often used in standard DSL building. Do this alongside everything else we have suggested (except Davidyamy) and you shall go far.

errr, no ?
Smoke justice e'eryday.
Wait, is weed legal in Finland? I know it is over here in Washington... given that you are 18 or older. Not that I have any intents to smoke weed or anything like that even if I was older than 18.

And the ?HW. (Image removed from quote.) Any Ideas for the blade?
That's a Super Heavyweight. They weigh from 800.1kg to 1200kg. Is that supposed to be IRL or DSL-S? I honestly can't really tell. Also inside shots please.

And watch it destroy everything in its path XD

That is a cruiserweight.
But you should only use one or two (preferably one) Storm burst. Mount all of the razors on extenders on the piston.
The hammer wasn't really the best choice of weaponry IMO because poker/hammer has the same issue of HS/hammer hybrids: Poor synergy as the poker weapons knock the opponent away from the hammer. Try rammer/hammer and see how that works.

Ok you went to the coolest school ever
Actually, it's not as good as it sounds. Even though we are one of the better schools in the district. Now that I think about it, we're more "uncool" than "bad", as my school usually has kids that at least make it to the regional level at competitions. My school only has one floor and has barely updated their equipment since around 2004 (although the shop class just got a set of shiny new laptops and we recently got a bunch of iPads, everything else is outdated). Also, our band program kinda sucks despite the fact that we were invited to play at the WMEA conference 2014 in Yakima. Either we submitted a really damn good audition or everyone else either didn't try or got too cocky and messed it up. Oh well, at least they're forcing our band up to eleven... from two or three XD You should've downloaded ULTIMATUM and brought it on a flash drive and just kick everyone's ass. An RA2 class in school would be fun as hell though.
Actually, we had no access to the RA2 files, so bringing ULTIMATUM on a flash drive was out of the question. And back then, I had no idea that there was a whole community dedicated to this game. I'm thinking of making replicas of the three bots I built for the class... and putting them in my Stock showcase XD

When I was doing homework, I typed "Magellan" into the chrome address bar and the second thing on the list was "Magellan Circumcised The World". I believe the term is called "circumnavigated".
How accurately does that describe the fail of "Magellan Circumcised The World?"

Wait you used RA2 in a tech ed class? Where?
My middle school offered a tech ed class. The seventh graders have a whole unit dedicated to RA2. Although they only build in Stock and they haven't even unlocked the AI parts...

I was introduced to RA2 in a tech ed class in October 2012. I loved it, but I didn't have a way to make my own bots at home. So for my birthday in March 2013, I asked my parents for a copy of RA2. Amazon actually sent a copy of RA1 instead XD. My parents later ordered a different copy of RA2 off of Amazon which arrived in April. I installed the game on my PC, but the UI was screwed up, so I had to find a way to fix it. I didn't find the 1.3 patch on Gametechmods, but I did a bit of research on RA2 and found out that this was the last surviving community for RA2. So on May 12, 2013, I signed up and the rest is history.

You're right, 60 & 100 skirts would be cool.
Of course I'm right. I am, after all, a genius. Me being a genius aside, I built a SHW Shell Spinner. Armor is Plastic 5 + 4 halfsheets, those are NPC-T64 Fasts (did you know that they make a T74 model that is the same shape yet more powerful and heavier?) Its name is Sine Strategy, after its alternating attack method between flail razors and hammers. In a way, the hammers help protect the flails from those nasty spinnerses. It has halfsheets for armor. All of them are directly attached to the baseplate, so popups can suck it. SUMMARY: Name: SHW- Sine Strategy Weight Class: Super Heavyweight Bot type: Shell Spinner Armor: 5mm Plastic Weapon: 12 razor tips and 6 DSL Hammer 4's Battery: 6 ants Drive: 2WD NPC-T64 Fast with Hypno wheels Weapon power: 1 Dual Perm-132 gearbox ADVANTAGES: +Destructive +Somewhat fast +Can Self-right +Has halfsheet armor DISADVANTAGES: -Has issues self-righting -Flails AGODed (AGODDAMNIT ) Thoughts?

MassimoV, why are you so good at everything that has ever been invented ever?
Also how did you get the perms to stick out the top of the chassis?

It is already a polycarbonate wedge. Why people get that confused, I will never know.
And what you suggested for POP!'s wedge actually made it worse. It is theoretically more effective than the previous wedge, but the long wedge made it unable to self-right. This is why I was against lengthening the wedge on Cutting Wedge. Sometimes, the BSG conks out for no reason when it is flipped over (It looks like the BSG axle is bent beyond its set range, thus making it useless).
I am making this new design a true popup (weapons fire backwards instead of forwards for those who don't know) so that it can actually self-right. That way, it isn't screwed if it is somehow flipped over.
AwesumSauce, I know that you are just trying to help, and I appreciate that. But alas, we are not perfect.
Except Naryar. He is perfect and awesome and manly and cool. He is an example to us all. We should really bow down to him one of these days.
But given POP!'s wedge worries and inability to self-right, should I make it a true popup or should I calmly and quietly ragequit/keep the design the same as before?
Regular Pop-Ups do still have the ability to self-right on the contrary and if you are trying to make a true popup you may want to extend the wedge in order to accommodate the razors.
If you want to tribute to Naryar, I guess you could give the bot a pair of Kamina's glasses and a mustache.
The problem is that the wedge is so long that the bot can't flip itself over the wedge. Earlier versions of Cutting Wedge had this very problem, so I shortened the wedge to 40cm skirts. Clickbeetle should make 60cm and 100cm skirts for DSL3. That would be sweet as I could have my longer wedge and some chance at self-righting.

the only thing i would really change is the rotating of the razors,
Why do you think I should rotate them differently? Anyways, I have a new bot. Armor is Plastic 5. Those are regular NPC-T64s there. Cutting Wedge was originally going to be a flipper/top spinner hybrid called Flip Out, but then it became Cutting Wedge after I found that one JX wasn't enough to flip a MW on top of it. Flip Out is now a HW weapon flipper (NOT a popup)! Also the ant batteries are Sanyo brand. All around the DSL stage, Lightweights are all that we've got. Then you find out this robot's name, POP! Goes The Robot. This thing will make you want to shout, I really kid you not. When it rips you guts right out, POP! Goes The Robot. This is POP! Goes The Robot, a LW popup that is basically CW IV's little brother. It has four razors on a BSG-200, NPC-T64 drive with hypnos, two ants and a battlepack for power, and some other stuff on stuffing extenders. Mmm, stuffing... This is a bot that is a good bot. I don't really have anything else to say about it besides the summary. SUMMARY TIME! SUMMARY: Name: POP! Goes The Robot Weight Class: Lightweight Bot type: Popup Armor: 5mm Plastic Weapon: 4 Razor tips Battery: 2 ants and 1 battlepack Drive: 2WD NPC-T64 with Hypnos Weapon power: 1 BSG-200 ADVANTAGES: +Ridiculously fast +Strong weapons +Good armor +Can self-right DISADVANTAGES: -Somewhat fragile -Maybe a little... too fast. Thoughts?

Those are the DSL immobility warnings. They count down how long your bot has until it loses by immobilization. They go away after the bot moves a considerable distance.
