After failing on my first attempt, I'm a little more successful on the second go-round. A shame it's still on the level of a SFTW.

This is the toughest choice I've made here.
Six of the 15 look really good to me (and as such, hopefully will all wind up in some form of StarCore 4), but I had to give my vote to #7, Dimension.
Others I liked: #3, BWAHTAICU #6, Driver 8 #9, Scarab #10, Red Cross (bot's okay, splash is the second best here only to Scarab IMO) #11, HalfTone
Well done you six for making my choice that tough.

Congrats to those who made it to the quarterfinals.
Also... I got bored. So, with apologies to Click, I completely updated the overall rankings for BBEANS for everyone on an Excel spreadsheet. I just hope that the Wildcard Tournament actually counted in the big picture. If it does, it'll be postable ASAP. If it doesn't, then I go back to rework those 4.

I'm already picking up Whirligig (Version 2; the lightweight from 3.0).

AoR, this was the robot that you entered into BBEANS6, isn't it?

Well, after Jo Mama was taken off the table, I had to go back to the drawing board. Thankfully, the drawing board had a stroke of inspiration and now I bring to you my version of Whirligig (for my entry into RW2): Just some quick stats: 2x NPC T-64 Lefts on 2 N-12 wheels 3x Ant Batteries 1x 80 cm Aluminum extender on 1 very small multi-extender 1x 90 degree extender 3x 50 cm Pole Spikes 5 mm Aluminum (the original was made from 6061 Aluminum, so I did it for realism purposes) I freely admit there are some things wrong (the body needs to be shrunk possibly, but that would lower the chances of me using the T-64's; the overhead weapon may need to be changed; the armor may need to be slightly different colored and the logo added), and if needed I will fix it. Also, I'm having some slight trouble getting the logo correct for the robot as the one I have is black around the logo instead of clear. If anyone can help me out with that, it would be appreciated.

I'm glad things went as expected. Good match Coolruner, it had me on the edge.
Next is G.K.'s Minifridge, yeah I'm not going to win this.
Congrats Wings. A shame it had to end here, but you had the better robot. Now, to hope for getting an award...

Yup you got it C87. Looks better that way so I skinned it.
Also, you stole my thunder with my entry for RW2. Back to the drawing board...
You were going to do Jo Mama?
Yeah, but you absolutely outclassed my version of Jo Mama, so you're fine.

Is that a Dual Perm in there?
Looks more like a Perm 80 S with a skin on the other side to make it look like a Dual.

However, I'm glad Coolrunner's bot eliminated both bots that I did not want to fight for my first match in the loser's bracket. I actually could win if I don't break my teeth or "terrible claws" on the irons and then tear that chassis or motors to pieces (maybe the skirt hinges might give me an advantage)
Thanks... and I'm still a bit shocked I'm alive here. The Ounce put up a crazy fight, and if it weren't for sheer luck on my behalf, would have trounced me. Now, for another drum bot in Deinonychus up next...

No. You're really ranked 1st, Jonzu.
Much like I'm ranked last amongst those who are still in the tourney. Slow, no killer instinct, and very very lucky. That's how I'm 5-4 with 5 WBP's.

I like the one with all the wheels.
Sparkey, you've had a history of doing exactly this with your BOTM entries. You give away your entry in almost no time flat, and thus get no love for your robot.

So, will we be seeing Super Massive Black Hole or Alcoholic Stepfather in the BOTM User Submitted Bots? I'd love to see both there.
Also, Sparkey, you need to keep quiet. Once again you outed your robot almost immediately and once again you did not get one vote.

To attempt to re-rail this thread, here's my face (with someone who's got a modicum of fame): Generals: I'm 5' 7.5", 250 lbs. (17 stone 12 lbs., 113.6 KG).

It was between #4 and #9 for me... #4 barely got it.
Also, doesn't #8 remind you of Badnik's Doomsday Cake in the Robot Exchange?

Why is everybody using spoilers?
Everyone's using spoilers so that the people who want to watch the videos first without finding out who won can do so in peace.

My jaw is on the floor. I thought I would have been swept no questions asked. Now, I face the SnS of The Ounce's in Ice Tornado... gulp.

Sparky, this is about IP addresses, at no point in that goddamn article does it point out that little punch cards that a 6th grader created will create a website let alone a whole user interface so go suck one and think before we have to do the thinking for you.
Thanks for saying what needed to be said. As for me, I completely agree with Serge on the IPv4 matters. This isn't the end at all... until IPv6 runs out of addresses, but I have a feeling that they'll have a new system up well before they even get close to running out.

It's all because of the Jews.
Serge... are you telling me that Sparkey here is Mel Gibson Jr.?
