Here's a T2 hovercraft that only uses T2 and under parts, is fast, and can still take some hits.

123: Technically you already have enough guns for the max firepower of 5 shots per sec. When it comes to gun survival, that's another matter.
That's a sweet build, m8. Looks very solid and appears to take quite some punishment.
Which is why everybody spams Guns.

It's like in RA2, MOAR RAZORZ is intended for durability.

with 6 Hover 5, here is Spinosaurus




All cubes are actually "inner" to save weight and increase speed.
Tetra has the same hitbox as a cube, so the spikes work as a solid wall with the added benefit of not being counted as connected, giving it a chance to dissipate damage entirely.
8 1s turning thrusters so they are easy to hide and protect.
Unlike that thing from yesterday, this actually has good handling.

Now I just need to get more CPU so I can put more guns on this thing.

Edit:  The bottom layer now uses cubes so the base is heavier than the top, thereby improving stability.

4x Hover 5s lets me lift 600+ cubes worth of armor.  Combine with damage redirecting it can take some serious punishments.

Omitting actual cubes in favor of "inner" helps.

I noticed that hovercraft is kinda sh**ty at tier 2. I'm gonna go rocket car, I think.

Or maybe zeppelin for max bypass the enemy and capture base trolling.

True. Most of the times I get targeted 1st but I have speed and surprise on my side. My IronClad can outrun most of the hovers and ground vehicles around.
Without speed my ship is useless
Well yeah now that I am Tier 7 I am making a switch to hovercraft, going for hover 5s instead of wheel 5s.  4 of those things will lift my existing tank off the ground so I gain speed without losing armor.

But the first 2 levels of hoverpads are just bad.

Some technical updates to this tank, the Tetra Armor.

In this game, extra damage are transfer to component it's connected to, which means you can control the flow of damage received.   If you build your armor right, you can have damage transferred to the base where very little is going on, instead of having your gun/pilot taken out.

By Tier 6 and up you can die real fast, and solid cube spamming tanks that works great at lower tiers just isn't enough.

After about an hour of playing and designing, here's my Tier 1 block:

The blocks you're using are heavy blocks. They have the same armor/HP as the lighter white ones. Their only purpose is for ballast. You're only slowing down you vehicle with those.
You know if weight is actually a concern, you should use "inner" instead of cube, as they also have 6 connection points but weights 3.35 instead of 5.

One of these days you are going to upgrade your wheels.  So what do you do with your old set?  Make power armor out of them!!!!



They won't affect your max speed as long as they are lifted above ground.  And of course, always buy ST versions of any wheels.

You can also build rocket cars, which are also really fast.  Just add 2 steering wheel lv 1 since they have no artificial speed cap, then add a bunch of thrusters.

Here's a new Bot Design


8x wheel dual drive 2 on a 5 width base.  It's pretty slow but has exceptional handling, which seems more important for winning fights after many tests.  I even have a pair of Dual Drive 3 ST and Wheel Motor 3 ST sitting in my inventory but I choose to leave them out.

11 box wide with 11 guns, so not only are they at 3 different levels, each gun takes up a different column so self-blocked shots are rare.

And of course, 5x blinding headlights to make sure my opponent can't see when I am rushing in, so I can aim at their guns but they can't aim at mine.  Like RA2, De-Weapon == Win.

Im gonna try building a plane-like tier 1 flier. So I can go all Stuka on tier 1, kekekeAny tips for that ?

I can say it's pretty hard and I wasn't successful building one. It needs perfect balance to stay leveled. Any part shot off will completely destabilize it. That's why most flyers around are small and compact.

Edit:  Turning thrusters location changed since video to improve stability.

Comes with 7 guns and still got some ways b4 hitting tier 2, so i can upgrade some of the thrusters when I get more RP.

Most of the supports are build with angles to save weight.  Just build a solid column with cube, connect another column of angles, then remove the cubes, and you end up with a solid column of angles with same armor and 1/2 the weight.

Just some tips on wheels.

Steering Wheels does not have max speed.  So all you need are 2 L1 ST (ST give nice armor for 1 cpu, plus it's cheap anyway) and 2 high power wheel motors in the back.  You can have more pairs of steering wheels in the front for insurance and make them wider for stability, while keeping the wheel motors safe in the back and close together.  You can also skip the wheel motors completely for Hoverpads or Rockets.

This also makes dual drive kinna useless since you gotta buy 4 minimum instead of 2.  Plus you have to protect all 4 wheels or risk losing  mobility.

Troll Rank 2 players hard with this design.


Pilot can fit on left/right/back, though the back is specifically made obvious so it works as decoy.  Everything I used is the cheap version so it doesn't take away from my main design.

You know the whole point of weapon spamming is so you don't run out of weapons when you get hit.  Damage however is capped at 5 guns.

Having a wide open pilot really doesn't help at all.

This game feels like building in Stock, Small Chassis, no empty space, weapon spam, and build to the weight limit.


Weapons: 8x Top L1S and 12x Top L1
Drive: 4x Hover L2S and 6x Thrust L1S
All internal space are filled by armor, with at least double layers on all sides.
This thing is easily getting me multi-kills despite my terrible driving.
