Not too bad for a first DSL bot.
However:
Those wheels don't have great grip, try using wheels like vlads, technos or hypnos.
For heavyweights we usually use 2wd npc normal/fast with technos.
Use 3 ants instead of all those battlepacks.
Might want a stabilizer on top and perhaps a few more weapons.
Try to shrink the chassis as circular ones waste a bit of weight, you can even mount the perm externally and have bottom armour (half sheets have a middle ap which attaches to the bottom)

-You don't need the burst at the back
-Needs A LOT more weaponry on the spinner, perhaps only have 2wd techno?
-Chassis is huge
-Dont use angle connectors due to bad hp iirc
-Get rid of 1 or 2 ants
-Get a disk instead of a bar, unless you want big hammers on the bar, etc.
+Good motor choices
+Good job on the weight
+Could be a lot worse :P

Sometimes i just get lucky with stacking and hit a soft spot, otherwise it's near impossible for me >.<

Alright...  3 of these, one red, one green and one i forgot the colour but is a convertible.  Old wedding car, actually fairly fun to drive according to my parents...  Everything in white :P  In blue with a massive dent in the side and on the door as someone tried to steal it >.<  This one i think we sold, can't remember really :P There is also another motorhome, can't remember the name though. My family is so cool.

Good to see another rainbro, but try not to copy avatars :P Look in the tutorials + tips section on how to AI, i never really got to understand some of it but it is rather easy to learn.
