Sugestions for website.
Include motor RPM motor torque rating in product description. With many builders they will not buy off brand or unmarked of what brand it is parts. When we buy parts we want to know "who makes em". I sugest you stock "lite flight" wheels they are good wheels for ants and beatles. I would also stock RC gear. Specktrum BR 6000 recievers and DX 5 or DX 6 spread spectrum transmitters from Specktrum. I suggest you stock parts from Demsion Enginering. They make good insect weight bot parts and some are useful in heavier weight classes. Finaly I think you could sell Carbon Fiber sheets to construct the bots with or for armor. Good luck getting this business going Alex Team Cookin' with Gas Motorama 2010 Sportsman runner up 3186

Correct me if I am wrong.
Why don't you all follow real robot classifications. Wedge Lifter Popup could be lifter Flipper Flipper Spinner Sheck Spinner Vertical Horizantal FBS Thwack SNS SNS seems more like a fighting tactic than a robot type. Just me though. I have always called them thwacks. Never heard of SnS untill I came here. 3188

Much like the real robot cyclonebot. Builders DB profile. http://www.buildersdb.com/botdetails.asp?botid=635 3189

I think you should juts get a new computer. After all the trouble you have gone through I don't see the benifit of just going through the same problems again. Also win7 is much better than vista.

I have gone thwackbot 1 arm with weapon. SnS 2 or more arms with weapons or using the body as a weapon like Cyclonebot. As for FBS i think that the term covers both kinds of bots.

This might be mean and result in insults but when it is time to go it is time to go. If the population keeps increasing with more and more people living longer and not dieing there will be over population and something will have to give. Resources, space, crops.

Works for me with my flippers in arenas where you can OOTA other bots.

DSL TC Showcases / Re: Stags bot showcase« on: February 17, 2010, 05:22:51 PM »
How come no one used the flipper stragety against spinners of heavy armor on the back and ram untill spinner stops then flip? It uses less chassis armor and you can use a weaker skirt as the flipper attachment. Example (SubZero Vs. The Mortition)
As for the Rollcage I would think that would make it harder to self-right in RA2. You might want to re-work the flippers to self-right the bot. 3197

If it is your BBEANS entery can it OOTA a LW in the BBEANS v2 arena? Also the chasis looks like a good target for any spinner bot though. You might want to put a front stableizer on the front. That might stop your summersalt problem. You are getting better.

DSL TC Showcases / Re: SPARKEYS DSL SHOWCASE OF FAIL« on: February 12, 2010, 05:53:20 PM »
Flipper bot: Use the multi extenders as baseplate anchors only. They have less HP than aluminum extenders. Also you have the weight to add static spikes to score points if your flipper doesnt flip the other bot out. You could add a second burst motor with a flipper (I think). Also you might want to use the skirt pieces as a flipper not a wedge with a extender.
FBS bot: Don't use angle thingies to attach anything. Use 3200
DSL TC Showcases / Re: SPARKEYS DSL SHOWCASE OF FAIL« on: February 12, 2010, 05:03:24 PM »
You have about 66kgs to spare. Use remaining weight to add secondary wedges on hindges or use weight to increase armor.
