Just use an angled panel or two, man. You're wasting weight there. And try ditching the skirt hinge system and see if you can put some slims on with the weight freed from the heavy flipper.

You did say 'uber slow', so I made it as slow as possible without being too yawn-inducing. :P I would take the outter hammers out and then upgrade the drive. Looks awesome though.

Anyway, drive motors are a waste of weight when used as weapon motors. Go for TW3MRs instead.

Check his extender work instead of his wedge. There aren't any adjacent extenders present, so he only has one wedge.
