My first decent looking DSL bot has a problem. A big one.
When I tested it after building it it worked fine. As soon as I entered an exhibition the attachment points on the perm 132s were offcenter. The bot acts like any other unstable VS, moving around wildly and almost uncontrollable. I have tested it several times and the problem is the same, Entering an exhibition match causes the perms to glitch. If I rebuild the bot and test it in the garage it works fine again, as soon as I enter the event its glitched again. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? The perms are mounted off of those FBS side plate things if that could have anything to do with it.

MV: For some reason, RA2 dosen't let you delete the Rookies team. Man, is THAT what that is? I've been wondering that as long as I've been playing.

This... "harshocity" as you have put it, is actually standard critique that we as builders give to everyone. If you don't want us to critique your bots then don't expect anybody to pay any attention to your showcase. The idea of a showcase is to be assisted in becoming a better builder, we all went through it. Don't think just because we tell you to do something means that we are mocking you in some way.
The reason wideload looses all its spikes at one time is because there aren't enough spikes to cover the area around them. Pistons are heavy, weapons and extenders are not and they take much less CO2.

Would bookmarking this exchange work, or will the URL changes mess it up?

Alright good, I don't have to start over now! I was almost finished when I realized that I wasn't sure if the arena was to be based on us or not.

Somehow I can totally see this turn into something very e-political very fast judging by what has happened in this thread so far.....
But Goose I can totally understand where you are coming from with this. I have seen a downfall in posting quality myself in the past few months alone, and there have been far too many unnecessary flame wars going on. I don't know if a new moderator would help this problem, but I think everybody that reads this should definitely think about their posting habits and how they could change for the better. Things like Infinite's summer Magic and things of that nature have all been taken very heavily off course because of fighting about things that have nothing to do with it. That project could have probably been close to finished by now if it wasn't for such distractions.

Although presentation, as we have seen in the past, can be everything. And you failed that element in my opinion.

I can't stand politics, but if we go to war with Russia I think we will lose the support of any country that still supports us. I also believe the Iraq war is the biggest waste of time since the Salem Witch Trials.
I'm not a republican, and I'm not a democrat. I'm independent and proud of it, the way this country was supposed to be. The political parties basically split this country in half. I believe it was Ben Franklin himself who said that divided we fail, and that is basically what is happening.

Jeff Corwin is 90% less entertaining. Steve Irwin had twice the personality Corwin does.

you have 100kg left over, use it. Try stacking the razor tips or something.
