I don't think he should have to change his entry. It's legal, it doesn't break any rules, I think it looks IRL enough. There are worse culprits. If he wins, he wins, if he loses, he loses. Just keep him in as he is.

It looks alright, I think. If a little bit empty. Colour scheme's not too bad, though, perhaps you could do a Black Rain one to balance it out. A bit like the 1999 BAR Formula 1 car. =D

You could use the extra weight to widen the chassis. I'm not a fan of the exposed axles, personally. Maybe a bit too many iron spikes, but it looks alright, I think.

AM2 looks quite good. If you could get the cutting teeth closer to the edges of the chassis, that'd look even more awesome.
Garrison looks a little bit messy, I think. Try lining up the weapons in a row, that might look a bit better than the staggered arrangement you have at the moment.
Sound looks awesome as well. Why the skirts out the back, though?
