Does that happen every time?
I just tried the Drum of Death and it works fine for me, so I'm inclined to think the problem is because of something else.

Any particular reason the maces are semitransparent?
Cool skins anyway. You should make an iron spike skin (or maybe a pole spike) that's all rusty and corroded.

i gotta admit it seems like it has poor control and looks to heavy and big to be an antweight Hey, it's a working bot, which is more than most people on this forum can say they have. If you ask me it looks pretty awesome.

Looks like it has 2 vertical tribars rotating on a disc. Pretty clever, it gives the vertical weapons more momentum when they hit.
I'm afraid it would be hard to make that design legal for BBEANS with the realistic rule, though. Possible, but hard.

It's sort of under the Perm's axle.
Hammers aren't much of a problem as long as I can get under them with the drum. Those razors offer a bit of top protection as well. Wedges are much tougher to beat than any hammer bot.

If the AIHelpers line isn't in RA2.cfg, then you shouldn't have a problem with hidden parts showing up. If you do, it's because of some other reason.

I don't know if M for Macerate is an "upgraded" Rabid Pit Bull. It looks pretty much the same, just with an extra top plow and wedgy weapons, but without the nice V shape for trapping spinners.
N for Narcissism ("Narcissism" has 3 s's, by the way) looks great. Reminds me of a certain bot in Pyscolone's AI pack, but I think that one had stacked weapon motors. Yours has more weapons. Nice stacking job.

Shall I take the lack of beta reports to mean that there are no errors? 70 CUDA only found a few things, which I fixed in the newer beta.
How about this: if nobody objects, I'll assume that everything works and go ahead and officially release the 2.1 patch next weekend. There's already been a small leak of the beta, so it's not going to be kept secret much longer.

How do these contests usually go? Do the 'win in 3 seconds' robots usually grab it? Looks play a big part, since unless the builder includes battle shots in the picture, no one can know how powerful the bot is. It probably only has to be competent in battle to get lots of votes. I'm making sure to take that into account for my bot.

I just beat Boss Battles on Hard today, and dang that was hard... I don't want to attempt Very Hard for a while, or even think about Intense.
A useful tip I found for beating Duon though: when it shoots its swarm of homing missiles, you can jump over it and have the missiles hit it to do a ton of damage.

No detailed explanation needed for this one... just a MW DSL version of one of my classic bots. 2 Battlepacks, 1 long battery, 2 NPC's (not fast) for drive, 5mm plastic armor. Its effectiveness is greatly reduced upside down, but it can still drive.

Three questions. 1. What are all those pistons for? It doesn't look like there's anything on the edge two. 2. What are those Sir Killalot claws doing, besides making the bot look cool? They only do damage on the concave side. 3. What's with the big SURGE thing in the picture?
It's a good design but it needs more weaponry, or else needs to be shaved down to a MW. One Dreadnought weapon isn't going to cut it on a HW.

Well the bot looks cool. The asymmetry of the top armor somehow makes it more cool.
Are you Polinator? I seem to remember he was from France.

Interesting design, with the spinners high up instead of as low as possible like most VS's. How well does it work compared with a low VS?
Reminds me of Shriek 2, but with more reliable weaponry and drive. I can imagine it must be good. Are the drive motors mounted on servos, so you can raise and lower the chassis to adjust the weapon height? It doesn't look like it, but it could be a cool feature.

That's a great hammer bot. I like the idea of using a high plow to protect the hammer extenders. Seems like common sense, but you don't see it done often.
I also want to know how it can self-right with those long red extenders, or if those only keep it from being flipped.

I like Frostbite. That's some creative use of spiked clubs for the weapon.

Whoa, what happened to the chassis?
Does that always happen when you use that bot?

Actually FB just pointed out a problem with using KOTH for racing: there's no way to keep track of laps. He's pretty confident he can make a racetrack with laps using the code he has now, so that's a definite advantage.

Sounds like a cool pack, but keep in mind that if you rename any of the component txt files, then they're custom components. It doesn't matter than none of the stats are changed, they won't work on other people's computers unless they also have the pack.

Custom smart zones are allowed as long as they're not used for any non-smartzone purpose (like the smart zone ballasts in FB's part pack).
