Custom Components Showcase / The Bacon Bowl (Retooled)

Here is the Retooled Bacon Bowl.  There might be some random custom components stuff (and maybe RA1 because why not).

Anyways, I made a thing:

That looks like insufficient battery life.
Also, make sure the drum doesn't collide with the control board.  It seems to be clipping through it in the photo.
If it isn't it'll be IRL.

I've moved to control board and the battery back. Also concerning battery life, fitting another ant battery brings it to 249.1 which makes it a middleweight :/ but I'll see if I can move around some stuff

As far as I can see, it has two black batteries and a red battery? That should be fine, I think. Though the best way to see if your robot has enough battery is to just do a bunch of fights and see if it ever runs out.

It's only a red battery, but it seems to be doing ok
Try replacing that Ballast for a battery.

Quick Suggestion:

You can put your responses to quotes into a single post.

Just keep this in mind in the future.

And don't quad post.

Real bots aren't basically 2-d. Make the chassis mire interesting and vertical, like terrorhurtz maybe
It is 10cm tall, thank you.
At least people are saying it is too short, instead of looking really bad.  That's an improvement.

That's shorter than Biohazad.
Ok, tomorrow's edit: making the bot taller.

Ok, Tried BFE, and made a MW Hammer

(I promise the wheels do not clip batteries.)

I could reduce the weight be shortening the bot, and making the armor panels from Titanium to Aluminium, but I have had enough editing for one night.

I don't wanna sound like a dick, but ew...

The motor poking out looks bad, as does the pure banana-yellow colourscheme. And the random edges poking out at the side.
First attempt at an out of chassis robot design, I kinda expected it not to be the best.
As stated before, I should probably change the color scheme.  As the random triangle edges I can probably change also.

I think I will try again on this tommorow.

And also, is there a tutorial for BFE?

So I messed around with CF and such...

397. Main Chassis is Tit 3

Probably going to change the color of the bot.

Edit: and make the wheels not clip the batteries.

Edit 2: and make the motor not clip the batteries
You know what, I am just going to move the batteries.

How did you get those triangle things leading to the Mechavore disc?
They seem too thick to be skirts, and they don't have the same shape as skirts anyways.

Edit: Armor platings.

I now have RA2CF but i dont know how to get it to work :/
Long instructions short:
Insert both Sergepatcher files into Arena folder.
Edit the text serge patcher, Remove the # at the start of the line for things you want (like RO7 break), and put a # (unless there is already one) at the beginning of the line for things you don't want (like being able to have a battery hammer.)
Thanks does it work the same with STATIC as thats the one i want
Do you have Windows or Mac?
Or Linux?

Static is the not recommend option if you are on Windows.
Oh windows 7 :(
If you want to keep static, I don't really know how.
But if you want not static, follow the instructions above.
