I've been absent from school for six days straight, and the day I feel well enough to return, school is closed because of ice on the road to my school XD

Pneumonia sucks. Bleh :P Here have a 36HS.

Armor is DSA, stacked supervolts because I am only 31% lazy and I took the five seconds it took to stack them.

They call it Hackey Stack because it looks cheaty in spite of the fact that it is 100% legit. It took about an hour to build and was surprisingly easy. The snappers are angled slightly downward because snappers are stupid and keep resetting the position of the weapon motors. This bot does not have any AGOD whatsoever. I know, it's a miracle.

SUMMARY:
Name: Hackey Stack
Weight class: Heavyweight
Bot type: Horizontal spinner
Armor: DSA.
Weapon: 36 maces
Battery: 2 supervolts, stacked
Drive: 2WD HPZ with Grannies
Weapon power: 4 HPZ

ADVANTAGES:
+Destructive
+Fast
+Compact
+Pole spike-free

DISADVANTAGES:
-Havoks when it turns (No HS/SNS for me :rage)
-No castor armor, so it is popup food.
-Kinda messy

Thoughts?

Matches like this.
Also I'm glad that Mega Gengar is banned, at least in Showdown. They should also ban Mega Kangaskhan and Mega Scizor, 'cuz Megas be OP.

Does anyone else here play Pokemon Showdown? I'm rnifnuf on Showdown (in fact, I'm rnifnuf pretty much anywhere I go on the internet).

A battle I won.
Scrafty "Sweep" (Scrafty didn't sweep the entire team, but he was the last Pokemon I used in the fight)

Why does Hellcat II have a Beta Spring Loaded instead of a Beta Geared/Large JX? Either use a Beta Geared or a Large JX (preferably large JX). That way, you could add more and stronger weapons with the weight saved.

Beta Geareds are good because they are technically spin motors, so they only need one ant. LJX's are good because they aren't as prone to havok as Beta Geareds. Springy Betas just need too much battery power. Just look at the base DSL2 unDEADBEAT. The thing runs out of battery very quickly because it uses a Springy Beta and not a geared one. Although, if you are going to use a Geared Beta, make sure that you have some kind of rigid (no hinges) frontal support as a Geared Beta WILL cause your bot to lurch forward whenever the hammer swings forward. Seems like you have that covered, though.

What kind of motor swings the hammer? Is it the small black disc on the extenders?

IMO that should have a snowplow, but that might just be me.

The Dastardly Duo: One-month bump AND double post. But I assure you, 'twas not a useless one-month bump/double post hybrid, for I have a new bot.

Armor is DSA.

This bot is called Compaq RAM, even though Compaq never actually made their own RAM from what I can find.

If I were asked to summarize how this bot was made, I would say this:

SMMUARY:
Name: Compaq RAM
Weight class: Lightweight
Bot type: Rammer
Armor: DSA
Weapon: 8 Irons
Battery: 1 Nifty
Drive: 2WD HPZ with Shinies
Weapon power: Drive

ADVANTAGES:
+Really fast
+Damaging
+Invertible

DISADVANTAGES:
-Can't turn to save its life
-Somewhat prone to attacks, especially from VS/popup
-Somewhat havok-prone

Thoughts?

I recently went back and deleted three of the four of my old modification idea threads, although I will probably delete the last remaining one.

Why did I delete these threads? Because they were made before it clicked that I was "doing it wrong."

I started to think it over and now I have a modification idea that doesn't suck: Perm-80/Perm132 drives. Kinda like E-tek drives except with perms. In other words, Perms with big rectangles on them.

Thoughts?

the latter doesn't have enough reach to do anything as an sns
I decided to scrap the design of the SnS as it really doesn't work with the current setup.

But hey, at least I know how to Heavyweight Shell Spinner.

...right? Armor is Plastic 5.

Contrary to its brother, Sine Strategy, Razor Wall... is exactly what it sounds like. A spinning wall of razors.

Well, they said "moar razors," so I added moar razors to it.

Razor Wall was a slightly more difficult build than Sine Strategy because of all of the flails. Other than that, it was fairly smooth sailing for building it.

SUMMARY

Name: Razor Wall
Weight class: Heavyweight
Bot type: Shell Spinner
Armor: 5mm plastic
Weapon: 24 Razors on flails
Battery: 4 ants
Drive: 2WD NPCF+Hypnos
Weapon power: Dual Perm

ADVANTAGES:

+FSS with razors. 'Nuff said.

DISADVANTAGES:

-Sluggish drive
-Popup food

Thoughts?

If you're talking about a spike or "flag" then I already know. That one is more of a lousy replica of some lego bot that gave me the idea. Also because that was called Underbyte, I thought I should make it's counterpart of Overbyte.

So yeah Fatality crossed with Greenwave.

How do you get the E-tek out of the chassis like that in DSL2? I've never been quite able to do that.

Also I like the Fluffy spinner thingy. I bet it smells nice, too.

Thing I made for a game on YouChew.

Best artwork in this thread. It belongs in an art museum.
Also I said "I are so organizing" XD

IMO anything after sonic adventure 2 was when it all went wrong. sonic 06 was a disaster.

I only have SA1, but I've heard that they use the same game engine. Even if they don't SA1 has terrible camera controls and is chock full of logic (I have a video on YouTube of a glitch I found out how to do).

The only way to hatch eggs.
Put a Fletchinder/Talonflame in your party. They have the ability Flame Body, which halves the number of steps you need to take to hatch the egg.

That's... blatantly disturbing.

I play Pokemon Showdown. I used my Malamar to beat this guy's Mega Heracross and he quit the battle XD

I are so organizing :gawe:

Just GAWE in amazement at my organization skills! There's so much random, unsorted crap on the table-- Vicks inhaler, a box of alto sax reeds, my math homework (CURSE YOU, PROOFS :vista:), and who knows what else might be in the depths of this table. Maybe its the elusive Perm-40.

Is that just the MOE motor? I don't really remember the weight tbh.

The MOE motor is called "cbmoem" in DSL's files. I couldn't find the weight of it. I'll try to deduce the weight of it by deleting everything else that's also attached to it since the TXT doesn't list the weight for some reason. Although, I don't know how to find the weight of a component from its GMF alone, so I can't confirm that the Perm-40 is the MOE motor. Also, the MOE motor was last edited in 2005 while the Perm-40 was last edited in 2010.

Although, IIRC Clickbeetle has been working on DSL3 since 2010 or before, so this could potentially be a new motor that is capable of higher speeds than the 6-mag while making a better drive motor than an E-tek drive. An unimplemented cheatbot2 component, perhaps XD
