That is the best flip Pangolin is ever going to have. MVP of the round was Interpanetary for that last minute "**** you" to the drone.    Carbonize doing Carbonize things: Massive damage yet sluggish as ****, thought it would get trapped between Galaxy Evo and the sawblade. And Wham-O out-hammering Strawberry Trapper, the problem seems to be with these frame-bots is the bottom armour doesn't protect the actual chassis like it does, probably due to goofy hitboxes on weapons and such.

Well, it was a bit of a shock to get the first win of GTMC, but the outcome was always inevitable once Potedon got up to speed. I am not sure why it drove away during the second round when it was all up close, I feel like that was the best chance at an upset.
 Congrats Thrackerzod. :)

These are at the very least good (there's room for improvements), but then Punchline and Baphomet are top tier

So does the bar underneath the drone spin?
Yes, there's a piglet slammed right in the middle of the hovermotor at an angle. which is why both are really just for looks.

That would be a longer term project as it would involve making items from scratch, which aside from the actual making, involves balancing the objects too. I may post the concept tomorrow so people can get an idea for it.

Why does everybody hate Hammatime?Edit: Wrong word

Dislike is probably the better term, although people who missed or ignored the weeks of lead-in time for this tournament, then moan about the bots that signed up in time will probably prefer the term hate. A serious answer would be that it is put together quite sloppily, which for a building style that is in theory puts looks as above 'efficiency' is a major downside. It's details like the weapon being off-center, the simple box shape, and the overall appearance that aren't reflecting kindly upon Hammatime. Mechanically it works, but the lack of polish is what is reflecting badly on the bot and how people perceive your building ability. It's a bit harsh unfortunately, and shouldn't be taken as a personal insult, I didn't mean anything I said in my post as a personal attack, but that is how it can be around the forum. I don't mind taking the time to go through some things with you to try and help you along, the offer is there if you want it. :)

A lot of great bots in these splashes, don't take the following too seriously, it's only a metagame. Ginger Step Child - Can see this sneaking into the Round Robin stage. Looking pretty blah, but that is a lot of weaponry on the end of those arms. 4/10.Smaug - This is the Heat's whipping boy. Will easily get smacked in the chops by one bot, and the other can easily make it fly. Will make good viewing either way. 3/10.
Agent Orange - A bit of a creative letdown, but has the potential to **** someone's day up nicely. 6/10.
Maelstrom - This bot should be on a poster in Agent Orange's garage to give it something to aspire to when it grows up. Looks the business, can see this getting to the Heat finals quite easily. 8/10.
F30 - Lovely looking bot that is quite under-weaponed compared to the rest. If this can OOTA people in an arena notorious for being difficult to flip bots out of, then it could be a dark Horse for Heat winner. 7/10.
Fusion Reactor - As usual with DemonofTomorrow, the bot looks great, and has a weapon suited to the task ahead. Can see this winning the Heat with little trouble, if it doesn't suffer a shock defeat in the melee. 9/10.
Hurt Sanwich - A loaf of a bot with a nasty filling, will sadly be toast in this Heat. 3/10.Zlammer - Boy will **** your day up with it's well-stocked axehead. The armour is either going to be good enough or fly apart like a washing machine with a brick thrown inside. I want to see either occur. 7/10.
Billet 9 - The Billet series of bots always fascinates me for their meticulous detail and how they're constantly evolving. But will being so under the weight limit mean it's outgunned in this tournament? 6/10.
Witching Hour - The second bot in this heat I can see reaching the heat final and even further. Another low slung design with a meaty bar/ring spinner weapon, this could prove bewitching to watch. 7/10.
Reaper - This could have been an amazing bot, from lowkey one of the best IRL builders on the forum. But facing not one but two low HS means it's going to be absolutely reaped from the off, which is a shame. 5/10.
Gadreel - Best homage to the best bot ever. A true champ. 10/10.
Darlene - Sweet Darlene better hope her speed can get a bot OOTA before they can land a blow, otherwise I don't think it's going to do too well in it's melee. 5/10.Metrocide - Much like the Tube, this annoys me. But also like the Tube, I wouldn't want to step in front of one. Can see this sneaking into the heat final if it doesn't get mauled in the melee. 6/10.
Industry 5 - This looks like what you'd see if Razer and Matilda 69'd and fused together. But the weapon is going to ruin people's lives, much like the mental image of Razer and Matilda 69ing. You're welcome. 8/10.
A Piece of Rake - This ain't the prettiest thing to ever be made in DSL, but something about this suggests it could pull an upset or two, but it will do well to be in contention for the Heat final. 6/10.
Phobos - A meaty blue disc that is going to see it easily into the Round Robin, and to the Heat Final too. It looks like it has the measure of most of the other bots in the heat, it's close otherwise. Darkhorse. 8/10.
31V15 - Another great-looking bot that may go all the way, IF someone doesn't land a lucky strike on those exposed wheels. Otherwise it has the weapon to get it out of most trouble. 8/10.
Galaxy - Looking a little basic, but quite well prepared with that dual vertical discs, and a sneaky flipper/srimech. Sadly, there's a few bots that may land that perfect shot on the weapon motor and cause this Galaxy to melt. But it ain't Duck Fury. 6/10.Hypershocked - I would take 10 paragraphs to write about the strengths and weaknesses of this bot, but to keep this civil, I can see this doing quite well in the Heat, maybe even a Heat Finalist, but not going much further. But it ain't Duck Fury. 7/10.
Terrazone - Asside from the Terra-bul paintjob, this could steal a win or two from an unlucky opponent. I don't think the little lawnmower that could, can though. But it ain't Duck Fury. 5/10.
Cridine - The name is accurate, as I Cri and Di a little inside when looking at this bot. The weapon is strong enough, but there are some alignment issues for sure. Can still see this doing reasonably well though. But it ain't Duck Fury. 4/10.
Duck Fury - BITCH YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT DUCK FURY. HOLY sh**. This was love at first sight, and I don't care who knows it. May get plucked hardcore by Galaxy in the melee, but I don't care. 10/10.
Scratch - It's ok I guess, and probably my pick of the Heat. But it ain't Duck Fury. 8/10.
InVasion - Meh.Undercut - In another heat, this could do very well with it's super-low spinning disc, but it appears to have walked into the wrong neighbourhood. Will be in contention throughout though. 6/10.
Lobsteriffic! - With this weapon set-up, its going to smash head-on with InVasion and join like peanut butter and jelly, or Razer and Matilda. Both will be knocking the sh** out of each other. It will be brutal. Parents will complain, Flood XL-C will be watching with popcorn. What i'm saying is it'll either do great, or not at all. 7/10.
Flood XL-C - This will mop up what is left of the melee it's in, and then I reckon make it to the heat final handily. This may go a lot further too with it's fine pair of hammers. 8/10.
VF-09 WALKURE - What is with these Gerry Anderson names in this heat? The spikes are made for making Undercut suffer in the melee, after that it's anyone's guess as to how this does, those dual Vlad spikes should see it treated with respect though. 7/10.
Toxic Slash 2 - 200Kg of front plow is nothing to be sniffed at, but could there have been better choices that made the bot stronk overall? Don't be surprised or aroused to see this get pounded from behind and kicked out early. 6/10.
Duke - The builder may have certain "qualities" that make him as popular as a wet fart, but Duke may posess the swagger to shock a few people on the way to a Heat Final. 7/10.Evil Art Project - A gold star for creativity, it may ear a "There Was An Attempt" Star performance-wise, but never say never. 6/10.Deathstalker - A very tidy bot from a good builder, a little rough in places, but there's a lot of bots in the heat that may suffer under that axe. A darkhorse for the Heat final. 7/10.Hammatime - ****ing oof, come back Cridine, all is forgiven. The weapon is suitably beefy, but the construction of this bot is going to cause it major problems against the wrong opponent. 3/10.Gamma - A neat, compact bot that has put a lot of thought into it's defenses, with a hefty horizontal bar to dazzle other bots, if the paintjob doesn't first. Can see this winning the Heat quite nicely. 8/10.Bullet Bot - What idiot prints the wrong name of the bot on the actual bot itself? Fast and with a simple no-nonsense weapon setup, this unfortunately is going to be cannon fodder for the other two bots in the heat. 4/10.

There simply isn't enough room for a burst to actually have her take a jab, but not for a lack of wanting. However, it would then be getting into C*****s C****e territory.

Working on stuff for Kurt's tourney, I now have "The Royal Court" Young, Sir, Queen and King Lance-a-Frog. Re-did Young Lance-a-Frog to remove the face spinner. And Queen Lance-a-Frog, CW entry, and she rules with an Iron Fist.

Green Pea kind of reminds me of a praying mantis.
Also colored DSL discs when :V

 IRL Pack 3

And colored Beaterbars and wedges? Maybe some better wedges? or would that make it invalid for tournaments

IRL Pack 3 :V The wedgelets were supposed to be in the 2nd pack, but the combination of renaming and staring at thousands of files, and the pack being big enough as it was made me postpone them, along with another thing nobody has mentioned yet.

I want to use this as an example of what the IRL Packs were meant to do, these are amazing. I think I will also include the base colours as textures for the Paint Shop in Pack 3 as well.
